loved that the pool and hot tub were open 24 hours. loved that restaurant was onsite.

we thought breakfast was complimentary but it was not.

The whole building seemed to be clean. The staff did a great job keeping everything clean, tidy and stocked in the pool room. When we requested extra bedding, they were very quick to respond and deliver it to our room.

Breakfast is not included in the price of the room. Breakfast items were available for purchase, but they were pricey. After having already paid more than $200 for the night, some breakfast items should be offered for free.

Breakfast was not included with the stay, but we had a delicious breakfast in the hotel restaurant. We also had one other meal in the hotel and it was wonderful as well. The hotel staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Very comfortable and we would definitely stay there again.

That I could not see the water, but not the fault of the hotel. I knew that in advance.

We chose the Cambria because it was a suite hotel and it's restaurant. There were two couples (2 suites) and we were able to relax, have a cocktail and talk in our suite before dinner. The Reflect Bistro Restaurant, is the best one in the city. We've been there on prior trips and it also rated as such in multiple review sites. We stayed there for 5 nights. Highly recommend it.

It's hard to say we didn't like it, but if you're looking for a waterfront hotel, this isn't it. There is an indoor pool, but there's no view of Grand Traverse Bay. Of course we knew that before we booked the reservation.

This was our second stay here. The room was clean and spacious. Front desk staff are friendly and personable. We ordered room service one of the mornings, our breakfasts were delicious and arrived promptly.

We were totally impressed with our first Cambria experience. Great, Great Staff and the suite was wonderful. Awesome to have a real full service restaurant bar available. Telling all of our family & friends to go there.

Loved having the complementary shuttle to take us to our evening destinations! Staff was very kind and helpful.

The sofa pullout bed was pretty awful. Might be fine for smaller kids, which the staff did suggest. So, really not a big deal. 😊

I know this is now the way hotels are going but I don't like the fact that rooms are not cleaned each day. I had dirty linens and glasses and mugs laying around. And it's a pain to have to keep asking for extra toilet paper, take the dirty dishes, etc.

The room was spacious and matched the photos. It was clean, the furniture was comfortable and the location isn't too far from anything you want to do in Traverse City.

The shower was a bit awkward due to the layout because you can't turn the shower on or adjust the temperature without being right under the water.

wonderful staff, very well appointed. very clean and comfortable. quiet in spite of being on a major road! food was excellent and super bar. did I say that the staff was wonderful!

only thing that could have been better is gluten free option identified on the menu. but that’s my problem.
