The staff was very friendly, the room and facilities were clean; they had amenities available 24/7 (which is rare) and are dog friendly.

The armoire (instead of a closet) and fridge was really cramped and hard to use in the space provided. I also didn’t love the person who ran their really loud car right outside the window late at night and early in the morning. This is obviously not the hotel’s fault, but next time I would request a room on a higher floor to avoid the parking lot noise & lights.

We booked through booking.com. I called to clarify the pet policy and Nick answered. He was very friendly. He was also there to check us in. Awesome guy! And for the price, this was a very comfortable and clean hotel. We stayed in a long room with hot tub. Everything met our expectations. Staff were friendly in the morning when we went for breakfast. I love that this was a pet friendly place as well!

The hot tub wasn’t too hot and the pool wasn’t too cold.

Too many windows viewing into the area of the pool and hot tub. Also, the armory in the room made the room feel small and was too close to the bed to comfortably get in and out of the fridge. Also, the top outlet next to the bed stand didn’t work but the bottom did.

Breakfast was good. Offered many varieties. Fruit was ok and could be more fresh but overall I was glad to wake up to a hot breakfast. The room was very roomy and beds were comfortable. The service staff from the front desk attendants, cleaning service to the young lady who monitored the breakfast. I would definitely book here again.

The entire property was spotlessly clean! The beds were very comfortable, lots of pillows. There was no weird or unpleasant smell lingering anywhere! It was very close to all of the places we wanted to see. We will definitely go back. The parking and location were convenient and felt very safe. Friendly staff, and free breakfast🙂

Nothing! Everything was beyond expectation!

I liked that we had a jacuzzi in our room. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was really good. The pool felt like bath water.

I didn’t like that the price for one night compared to three nights went from $303 to over $1200. I would have loved to stay at the same hotel instead of jumping from one to the next but I would never pay that much money. I was quite disappointed by that.

The breakfast area was a little small, but worked fine. There was a good amount to pick from. Wish we could have walked into Downton from the hotel, but it was a short drive so it wasn't too bad.

I wish there would have been basic housekeeping such as replacing towels. I know many hotels are doing this now, but to raise prices and provide no housekeeping doesn't seem right.

This was our second time staying at this location. Breakfast was great; no restrictions and not boxed. The staff were all so friendly and helpful in deciding where we wanted to go for the day. The fact they have a shuttle was a bonus. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. We didn't get to try the pool but it's open 24 hrs so was great to know.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable and the pool and hot tub looked a bit dirty (cloudy water), the bathroom was very small just trying to get in and out because of the door was crazy.

The location was perfect, the bed was comfortable, and I got the room with the jacuzzi which was wonderful and made my solo trip perfect. I was able to access and tour Old Mission Peninsula with ease. Breakfast was good and Cindy and Cheyenne were super nice and made me feel very welcome.
