Everything about it was elegant, clean,professional. The location was wonderful and I had an amazing view from the window.

There was not toothpaste,toothbrush, comb for hair, I think these are essential stuff in room, especially if someone in my case reserved a room there, because I had a sudden emergency situation that I had to stay a night to complete my own business in the next day and these stuff was not available, I think it is necessary to be available,I always see these in other hotels during my visits in France, London, and Dubai.Hence, US hotels must have it too as it is the greatest country in the world.

Staff were very friendly and offered us a $40 off breakfast coupon for their restaurant, along with waters while we waited for check-in. Hotel is very sleek, comfortable, and central to everything downtown. Also had a wonderful view!

Navigating the property was fairly confusing- from parking, to actually locating the check in area. Also, at night most doors are closed- which was sort of a pain if we just needed to run outside to pick up food, or go to the car. Also, there is no vending machines on site, so make sure you bring drinks or buy some to store in your room ahead of time. Overall, I would stay here again!

The staff was very accommodating, the room very satisfactory and the location and view excellent.

Our room was cold when we arrived and couldn’t be adjusted by us in the room. The staff was only able to do so from the main lobby. They were very accommodating to do so. However, when we arrived we just wanted to rest so the effort to get the temperature adjusted was not what we anticipated having to do.

Location to be able to connect with downtown and move easier to get to shops and restaurants.

Came in after checkin time and they did not have a room available for us to check into. We had to wait 45 minutes to get a room. If they are not going to have rooms available by 3 pm then don’t make check in time at 3pm. Also all the food places closed early. We came back from and event and the cafe was completely closed and we could only get food from the little store in the hotel lobby.

Love that the detroit people mover is connected to the gm Ren Cen. pretty much a 5 minute ride to anywhere downtown right from the hotel. room was very clean and room service was very quick to accommodate. man at the front desk was very helpful.

The only thing i didnt like was the fact that the window in the room fogged up really bad after a couple hours of being there and couldnt see the city view very well.

Couldn’t check in until 4, didn’t even want to check and see if our room has been cleaned at that time. The shower wasn’t all that clean, for the price of $300/night I would have expected spotless, towels that had a weird bad scent. The a/c really wasn’t that strong

The view was amazing. The staff was very nice and fast to every request we asked for. It's extremely close to the people mover to get to the con center.

Navigating the downstairs is confusing at first since things can be locked off. One of the elevators had covers over the wall, making it seem a bit scary.

This was the third time i've stayed here and it was great! The staff was amazing and super nice, gave us a connecting room--which is always my favorite! The beds were comfortable and we got a 12pm check out which is always nice to sleep in.

I am not a fan of having to call for ice, it takes a little bit longer to get to you when you could just go get it yourself. But I can also see where it is convenient to not leave your room if you are there for a relaxing weekend.

Location was great. Loved all of the things to do inside of the hotel. Bed was comfortable and staff were friendly

Hotel was pricey. There were a lot of people staying at the hotel- a lot of groups. So it was busy and pretty messy throughout. They probably could use more cleaning staff to keep up on the demand. Same for the restaurant. It was super busy and difficult to navigate. However, when I ordered and received my food it was really good.

Had a beautiful view of the river and city. Room was on the 35th floor. Staff were very helpful/friendly.

Booking.com messed up our reservation. We had booked a king room and when we went to check in we were told the 3rd party site only booked us a double bed.
