I like where the hotel was , easy access to most stores, candy, food , cheese and wine shops. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast food was hot and plentiful. The pool was very nice, same goes for the whirlpool. Carpet in hall was clean and no noise from the hall was heard in the room. We had a very good experience and would recommend this hotel.

We would have liked to have a table and some chairs in the room. the sofa/pull out bed was nice when watching TV, but it would have been nice to have a table to sit and play cards or a game. We were able to use the breakfast room for card playing, but had to bring all our goodies down to the lobby.

We were very happy that you gave us connecting rooms. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Having the sitting area with the huge couch was enjoyable. I really liked how the TV was personalized every time you turned it on!! Good touch! Walking distance to almost everything except Bronner's.

In our room the bathroom door was falling apart. In the connecting room the tub was very hard to stand in, as the bottom was "warped". the sink drain was also very slow.

The size of the room was fantastic, very clean. Also, the location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere. The staff was great.

Our shower drain didn't work. It as extremely slow. There is an overpowering chlorine odor in the lobby area. Took my breath away. The attendant had trouble keeping the breakfast stocked.

As soon as we walked in the front desk greeted us with a smile. Everything was explained throughly and when I needed anything they were right there to help. My daughter was excited to celebrate her birthday and they were so nice and listened to everything she had to say.

I have absolutely no complaints.

I liked the pool and the availability of the exercise equipment.

Could have offered a "cocktail hour" like other places (Marv Herzog) do. Residents are isolated without one and so I felt like I was staying in a remote cabin. Room temperature controls were confusing. Controls were on wall and also on A/C unit?

I have stayed at TONS of hotels. This is by far the most beautiful, cozy hotel ever. It will definitely be my first choice! The staff was so friendly & helpful and it was very clean! We had a king sweet with a pullout bed that what under the couch. Our room was incredible! LED lights! What’s better than perfect selfie lighting!? The pool and hot tub were perfect temp. Breakfast was great and the town was very beautiful perfect location for walking. If you are looking for a place to stay in frankenmuth, Spring Hill is THE HOTEL!! 🙃

Every thing was PERFECT

the location of the hotel in relationship to the places we wanted to visit. The staff was extra helpful and very friendly.

the room was a little small for a king suite. The breakfast was not hot, refilled timely. Got coffee upon arrival around 6pm and was cold.

Staff member went out of her way to help with burned out light bulb and non-working table lamp.

That I had to call front desk because of lighting problems. These rooms aren't being checked for working bulbs and lighting on a regular basis.

Breakfast was good but I don’t like Hazelnut creamer so I had to buy my own. Coffee was excellent.

Same breakfast every day . Could have had more variety. Housekeeping barged into my room when I still had two more nights in my stay. She said she was told my room was vacant.

Loved the location to be able to walk around downtown and not have to drive . Rooms very clean,pool and hot tub were great.

The door to our room had an issue ,it looked like someone tried pry the door open at one time and was very hard to shut all the way from outside of room. Made me nervous that it would not shut all the way.
