The location, just off the freeway and next to a gas station/convenience store, was very helpful on our quick trip up north. We slept well in a sizable, comfortable room with 2 queen beds, bathtub/shower, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, and extra blankets in the closet. We were in a 1st floor room, with a window next to the parking lot, but it was nice and quiet for the most part (the guests upstairs started being a bit noisy around 7:00am). Loved the make-your-own waffles at breakfast--along with granola, bagels, cream cheese, oatmeal, etc.

The free breakfast (from 6:00-9:30) was a nice surprise! The coffee and tea were fine, but the juice machine had a note saying it was out of order.

The place looks older but it was a pleasant stay the house keepers took care of us. Bobby at the front desk is hard working an very polite and professional it's quiet and the location is great dollar general is 2/10 of a mile away an also 2 dispensaries which are very affordable so that was a huge plus for location.

I honestly don't have anything to complain about the stay was great an we will return in the future nice big rooms an good staff honestly nothing bad to say about this property. We stayed at Hampton inn in Gaylord Michigan a couple weeks later an I wouldn't stay there again I will go to America's best value inn

Facilities and room were clean. Beds are comfortable. Building was quiet. Location is very convenient off the highway. Overall, a very nice stay.

Like many places, the bed pillows could use an upgrade… and for that reason, I always bring my own. It was also unfortunate that the coffee machine was out of order the morning we left but luckily there is a convenience store next door.

Staff Bobby was very helpful with troubleshooting my tv.He also carried my suitcase up the stairs to my room.The room was well stocked and warmed up quickly.

A little cleaner in certain spots such as the top of fridge door frame(crumbs of a sort) and streaky mirrors.Just little stuff to add that inviting touch.

I liked being on the first floor. Our room was handicap accessable which was nice to have the extra room in the bathroom.

tub drained slow, I think it needs to be cleaned. Probably lots of long hair getting caught in the drain areas were patched but not painted Carpet felt like it needed to be steam cleaned

Quite adequate. Good selection of breakfast options. Eating area large enough and pleasant. Room large, well appointed and clean. Bed comfortable. Room quiet.

Noise from air conditioner when on too loud - cycling disruptive to sleeping. Suggest when replacing unit in future that a quieter unit be installed.

Clean and spacious

Not so much the property as a morning worker. My job required me to have a late night dinner with some possible clients, I got back late and slept well tried to. A worker was smacking the wall or hitting it with something. When I went to tell the desk I saw the worker come out and smile smugly

It was nothing fancy, but was clean and comfortable, which was what we needed! We would stay again. It was very good for the price.

Breakfast could definitely have been better, and had very little selection, but wasn't the WORST continental breakfast we've even had at a hotel.

It was immaculately clean and smelled fresh. All lights and t v worked. Nice having a fridge/freezer and microwave in the room. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The bed was comfy but too high. I have a bad back, and had a really hard time getting up into bed.

Clean comfortable room. Coffeemaker in room. Windows could open. Comfortable beds with extra blankets.

Breakfast was very basic. Limited variety of cereal and bread. Eggs were overdone. Could have been improved with yogurt and boiled eggs rather than the rubbery scrambled eggs. Also no coffee or tea were available at breakfast, just low quality fruit juice.
