Liked the low key and relaxing atmosphere. Very nice people and friendly people that stay here!!!

I don’t like having to ask for daily housekeeping because if you don’t you get nothing. No trash removal. No clean towels. No nothing. You are on your own. I believe when I pay for a hotel I should a automatically get get these services. Learned from a previous stay that this isn’t the case. So be aware! ASK. Or you will be disappointed. No more using the excuse it’s “Covid”!

This hotel is fantastic. So comfortable, rooms are very clean. Pool and hot tub was clean. The free breakfast included with the room was amazing, I loved the view outside in the back. Everything was just wonderful. When we visit that area again it will be courtyard !

However be careful when you book through third parties make sure they have your payment on file if not give them the booking info and card number used or they will try to charge you a deposit in the amount of the room. We got charged 375 extra dollars on top of the 360 already paid because the girl couldn’t tell I paid. Manager fixed the issue 2 days later but still that’s a lot of money.

This was our 3rd time staying at this hotel & again it was amazing. The staff is so accommodating. Our room is always comfortable & clean. We used the workout room on a rainy day & the back patio area is incredible to sit & read & talk by the fire. We will be back.

The food was better than I expected.

Big disconnect from the hotel system when it comes to the payment. They didn’t know how to manage the meal plan from booking.com so we didn’t get the whole value.

Great location! Sabrina at the front desk was lovely and helpful. The pool and hot tub were open later. Got a Valley view room this time and was worth the extra $. I love all the USB charging ports in the room and it had all the amenities I expect from a Marriott. This was the second stay with my sweetheart and we had another great experience. Keep up the great work!

We loved everything about this hotel. It’s modern & clean. The room was spacious & the bed so comfy. The bathroom was very large. The snack bar in the lobby had awesome food & Starbucks coffee with tons of seating indoors & out. The patio area was one of my favorite things ever. Fireplaces, tables & chairs & a swing to sit & relax. All of the staff was so helpful. We stayed an extra day because we loved it so much. We visit Petosky a couple times a year and this will be the only place we will stay !!!

Food at restaurant was really good and great coffee lounge also! Everyone was really nice and helpful,had a great stay definitely will be using this hotel on our next stay.

No complaints

We had easy access to town and to the lake. We really enjoyed the outside seating area with the fire pit and the fireplace. The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful.

Super clean. Pretty quiet overall. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Some of the USB plugs around the bed in rm 402 didn't work. Outside wall side of bed. Not a huge deal though.

Everything !! The hotel is beautiful & clean. The room was spacious & comfortable. Big shower. The lounge area behind the hotel is gorgeous, loved relaxing there at the end of the day.
