Loved the areas outside to sit and enjoy the beautiful weather. Clean and very comfortable. Excellent staff, kind and professional. For years we avoided chain hotels, but this experience has changed our minds. Highly recommend.

Our only complaint is not with this venue but with booking.com. We chose a king bed but that was not available for our stay. Maybe it is time to book directly with the facility again.

The room was very large, especially for our family of 5. The pool area and breakfast area was very spacious and well cared for as well. The beds were super comfortable.

It was on the northern outskirts of town, but we knew this before booking. Positive was that it was a straight drive west to get to Tunnel Beach and the best blueberry donut place. One elevator was broken our entire stay. Luckily, my kids can carry stuff as we were on the 4th floor and didn't want to wait in line for the other elevator.

Our check in process was excellent. We had Sakara (not sure of spelling). She checked us in on Friday afternoon look her up she was so accommodating and had a great smile and was super pleasant. We had two request for her and she was able to fulfill them. Did it without hesitation or acting like we were putting her out. I told her she was the best customer service we had in a long time. Breakfast included is always a plus.

The location was great and easy to get in and out of. Pool and spa area was nice.

The person checking us in wasn’t very nice. I told him I was checking in and had three rooms. He argued with me that I only had two rooms several times. I pulled up the booking.com confirmation email and showed him I did indeed book three rooms. After a long trip, you don’t want to be ‘greeted’ by rude people.

As soon as I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate. If I had any questions, they were able to provide quick solutions/answers. Finally, a place where staff actually provides top notch customer service. The entire place was clean. Comfortable room. Awesome pool area and game room. The breakfast was amazing, tons of variety, and filling. 10/10 will be staying here again.

Ok, if I have to find a negative it would be that the pool/hot tub seemed to be cold the first hour of opening.

Super friendly staff, very accommodating and helpful. The breakfast omelets were delicious! Pool was warmer than most, and the hot tub wasn't overly hot. We notified staff of a few games that were out of order in the arcade, and she immediately refunded us our lost quarters, and had a member of maintenance fix them within the next couple hours.

Other guests were a little loud with the doors late at night and in the hallway, but the hotel itself was a great deal for the price.

Everything was clean and it was a great place for my family to stay. My kids loved the pool and the breakfast was great every day we stayed there.

The arcade was pretty bad, which was a bummer for my kids. Half of the games took my money without letting us play. Also, the staff were not unfriendly, but they weren’t really welcoming either.

This is our favorite Holiday Inn Express and it was our third time staying at this one. We really like the structural uniqueness of the building, the pool/hot tub/game area is awesome, the breakfast and lobby area is pretty and comfortable.

The juice machine was out of order. I don’t don’t know how long it hadn’t been working but at least while we were there. The staff should have purchased individual bottles for guests to have or larger bottles/jugs for guests to poor from.

It's the first time we booked this hotel and we are very pleased about it. First, the bedroom is really clean and quiet. It could be because stayed in the middle of the week for my daughter's birthday. The girls enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The pool water temperature was great and they enjoyed their swimming time. Breakfast was great, plenty of choices, we stayed for 2 nights so we get to try a pretty good selection of what they offered. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom are actually full sizes so there's enough for everyone to use 😃 bed was very comfortable. We are definitely going to book this place again.

Not much really, the only thing is the vending machine. It just happened we didn't get to stop at the grocery because it was quite late when we checked in . We got thirsty in the middle of the night but all the vending machine for drinks only takes cash which I don't usually carry and other than that, it takes bills but only $1 bill.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Plenty of room to relax in the lobby and breakfast area. Beautiful swimming pool. Breakfast was good and much to choose from. Rooms were exceptionally clean . Staff always friendly and helpful.

There was not a thing I didn’t like. No complaints at all.
