The breakfast was beyond amazing. They should open a restaurant. The location was perfect in a nice neighborhood that was very close to the walkable downtown area, Centennial Park, and Hope College. The house was built around 1860 but the interior is essentially all brand new and super clean. There is great sitting area in the private yard in the garden next to a Koi pond. The hosts were incredibly friendly. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect.

Karl and Judy are lovely people. Very friendly and helpful. Our stay was a good experience with only minor exceptions. Coffee and food were terrific. Service was great. The entire property was well kept and the house itself was spotlessly clean.

Next time we may consider staying somewhere more north of this area, closer to the historic district in order to drive less and walk more. The formal living room is so overly decorated as to more something to look at rather than feel comfortable sitting within. In our room (#4) the TP was behind you on a wall which makes it extremely awkward to reach. Perhaps a pree standing TP fixture could replace the wall hung fixture for increased convenience.

Location, cleanliness, owners, breakfast. We had everything we needed and more. We thoroughly enjoyed getting to know the owners, their journey to Holland and the history behind the house. She is a wonderful cook and will spoil you by caring for the smallest detail. Thank you so much for the way that you two care for your guests.

The parking lot was a bit small for a large truck; however, that was not a big issue for us.

This place is amazing and would be my top pick when I'm back in this area. Room, bed, and bathroom were beautiful as well as comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. We were the only guests, and they still went all out with breakfast! Can't say enough positive about this place. Bring a swimsuit as the hot tub is huge and wonderful! They have travel extras in the room and make you feel so cared for and comfortable.

Nothing. If I had to totally nitpick the place I would say they could use better toilet paper, lol.

The attention to detail in the room was top notch. Out of the three days, we were only able to attend breakfast one morning and it was delicious. Wished we were able to attend all three days. The only thing that was missing in the room was a small desk. Both my wife and I had some work on a laptop but no workspace. Was a bit uncomfortable using the bed as a workspace. I want to thank the hosts for a wonderful experience. Thank you!

Breakfast can only be described as remarkable! Judy quite obviously loves cooking and it shows in her creations. While the breakfast presentation is buffet style, the contents of the buffet are of the highest quality. Homemade empanadas, Spanish omelets, thick cut bacon, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, pound cake.....so much goodness! Of course the rest of the accommodations were awesome as well. You get to see many period-correct details in the gorgeous mid nineteenth century house and the rooms are quite comfortable. It is nice to step back in time while staying in the friendly town of Holland.

There was nothing that we did not like about the B&B. The hosts were friendly, informative, and genuinely seemed to enjoy sharing this wonderful home.

Great, friendly, attentive staff. Yudi happens to be Cuban and we both are spanish speakers and my wife had been to Cuba, so we had a great time talking with her and her sister and other family member who prepared the great breakfasts. Those featured plenty of food, great taste (their "pasteles" are to die for) and plenty of fruit to go with the eggs and bacon etc. They create a friendly atmosphere so we were also to have lots of fun interactions with the other guests. All in all a very nice stay.

Really nothing - and my rating of 4 for value probably reflects my own not keeping up with what prices are nowadays. Only good things to say about the place.

Of the 40 or so B & B's that we have stayed, this one was the first and only to serve at the table after you had seated a special plate of breakfast dessert! So artistically arranged too. Superb breakfasts - every day being served something unique and different. We particularly loved the fresh mango, empanadas and plantains. The Spanish omelet was quite a hit with my husband; he even liked the veggies in it. LOL

My husband was having back spasms so the steep stairs were an issue for him.

My fiancé and I have never stayed at a b&b until now, and it was the most amazing experience. Judy and Karl were so welcoming and friendly. The home and the rooms are beautiful. The breakfast was amazing! I know where we will be staying when we come back. Thank you for the fantastic experience!

This stay was for a wedding in the area. While we were expecting to be further out in the country, the location was great for what we needed. The owner's could not have been more friendly and were nice to chat with over breakfast. The food was good and they kept bringing more out until we said we were finished. The house and rooms were spotless and for us, very well laid out. If we find a need to stay in Holland in the future, we will be looking here first.
