Beds and pillows all super comfortable and clean. I definitely appreciated the activity rooms like well equipped gym, pool area, the basketball mini gym, ping ball table and tick tock wall to keep kids and adults busy while waiting before attending the activities outside of hotel at MSU. The close proximity to MSU. Well equipped bathrooms with nice hair dryer, soaps and lotions for hands, the big bottles instead of small little plastic bottles, tissue box and plenty of fresh towels of all sizes. It was also great to find tea and coffee with its designated mini machine with cups and lids etc. Although never use a microwave, it’s still good to know they had one above mini refrigerator hidden away nicely. The lobby is also a good size and well kept with more than one waiting area and flat screen, as well as working stations with computers and printing capabilities. The staff at the restaurant and registration were all very nice.

I found what appeared to be a small strand of human hair on the corner of the bathroom mirror. My guess was that as the staff cleaned the bathroom counter tops the towels pickup hair too 😬. perhaps hotel should consider making sure clean towels and cleaning products are always used properly to clean and sanitize areas.

Breakfast was excellent. However, there were only two waiters and one of these was the manager. Service was slow as a result. Not the restaurant's fault.

The fan in the room was a bit noisy and the air was dry. Really no different from other hotel rooms but wish the room had a humidifier. I noticed a little mold in the corner of the shower which could have been cleaned up but I've seen much worse at other facilities. All in all though, the bed was comfortable and the staff great - always accommodating and helpful.

nice staff, good room, loved that we had a couch in the room as I’m not big on sitting on beds while I eat or watch tv for periods of time. breakfast was great.

As someone without a pool or hot tub at home I wish I could’ve used the hot tub but it was out or order which was a bummer. Also as someone who uses a reusable water bottle I could only find one water fountain to refill and it was on one end of the building on the first floor. personally I didn’t mind the walk but it wasn’t convenient.

the restaurant and bar onsite were a real bonus. I had dinner there and they were wildly busy with only one server. She was terrific and was doing her best to keep up. All the patrons were very understanding (which was a relief). Then one of the front desk staff came and helped her. That was a great sign of team work. You don't see that often enough. Congratulations to the hotel staff who were ready to roll up their sleeves.

The hotel was very nice.

I booked this a month before for our wedding night and they couldn’t find my reservation. Costing me $400. Booking never sent my stuff to the hotel. And won’t give me a refund. My now husband had to pay for our rooms. Never got my money back.

My room, beds and pillows are so soft and comfy. Always had towels.

They don't have a breakfast bullet unless full house.and the hot tub was cold all three days of our stay. Due to little kids getting in and out of the cold pool. Then coming straight back from the pool.

The hospitality staff was fantastic, everyone was helpful, polite, and very friendly

First off, you really can’t have a hotel bar that closes at 10 pm. Unfortunately, these hours cause the hotel to miss out on a lot of revenue; I quickly discovered that many of my fellow guests were planning on bringing in their own drinks. Dick the maintenance guy was also pretty callous and borderline rude to myself, the bartenders and the other patrons.

The hotel was a convenient choice for attending an event to be held during our two night stay. It’s location, just off the freeway, makes it convenient for car travel but not scenic or close to restaurants or parks. The staff were generally available in the nearby back office and very nice to talk with. The business computer for printing a boarding pass was available but located in a very dark corner. Coffee was available early (7 a.m.) one morning but not the second.

The towels, while plentiful and clean, had holes in them. The front entrance doors had push plate openers that worked the second day but not the first. The overall impression is of an aging, dated facility. Charging $2.25 in the Marketplace for a small bag of M&Ms is ridiculously over-priced.

We thought breakfast was included. Was not told it was a $15?dollar Buffett until we finished. Information was not clear.

We held our wedding reception here and the staff did a great job of taking care of us. Very friendly and readily took care of all of our needs. Will always hold a special place in our hearts!!!!!!!!!!!!
