Breakfast was good - nice variety. Staff was friendly - provided good recommendations for local restaurants. The facility was able to honor my request for a first floor room near an exit - I have mobility issues and walking distances can be challenging. Big thank you for the accomodation!

Room could have been cleaner. Found the prior guest's underwear in the office chair - black undies on black chair - kind of hard to see - need that attention to detail!! Speaking of such - I had to remake my bed. The bed appeared to have been made beautifully but, when climbing into bed, I discovered the top sheet had been put on sideways. The indoor pool water was too cool for me - the rest of the family enjoyed the pool.

The staff was friendly. we had a large group and our rooms were placed close together. The breakfast was great. we had multiple young children and they all had their breakfast needs met. including one with a dairy allergy. The beds were extremely comfortable. My husband usually cannot sleep well away from home and he slept! We made use of the pool. There is a deep and a shallow end. The pool hours till 11:00 pm allowed us to enjoy our day out and still swim afterwards.

No complaints.

The room was what we requested. The hot breakfast items and yogurt seemed to be well stocked. The pool was also the perfect size for our kids to play in. My husband even got a workout in. It was a very convenient location for attending CMU's Homecoming Weekend festivities.

There was only one hook/place to hang towels in the bathroom - which for a family of 4, isn't nearly enough, especially if you use the pool too. The room smelled a little of stale cigarettes even though it was supposed to be smoke free. The only fruit for breakfast was mandarin oranges.

The staff made sure my daughter got the room at almost 2am and she checked in without hassle or headache while I was on the phone in Southern California. One of the only rooms left in the entire city. Location was safe and clean. Room (a suite) was a great size but too bad she was traveling alone.

Pricing was outrageous, especially since I was booking when the weekend had already started & the room was still available, which meant no one was taking it during this busy weekend.

We loved everything except check in!

We were running late and some of us wanted to check in. They called me to verify, which I understand, but then they said they would have to charge my friend her portion, but no key yet... Then my other friend had cash and they wouldn't take it? Just weird and uncalled for and none of us have experienced that before.

The hotel was very clean and well appointed for 3-star accommodations. We were upgraded to a larger room that appeared to be recently renovated, which was appreciated. The air was COLD, thank goodness because the weather was steamy. Beds were comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I usually stay in 4/5 star hotels, I was quite impressed with our experience!

The only negative was the price gouging because an event was happening near by.

Pool area, Outside firepit, nice community spaces. City wa on a boil water alert at our time of visit. THe staff did a great job making it comfortable for guests. I cant say enough good things about Alex, who seemed to be the evening supervisor. He was phenomenal. You have a fantastic employee in him.

A little pricey

The breakfast selection was exceptional. Staff was very friendly. Nice sized bathroom, handicapped room I think. Only thing I didn’t like was no sink vanity space. Knocked a brand new blush compact on the floor and shattered it!

Maybe more than 2 plastic glasses.

The best! Very professional staff. Cleanest! I’m telling you… it is. Very nice. Bennigans was next to it which was also clean, good food, and friendly staff.
