Glad they offered breakfast. The facilities were clean and kept up. Our room was clean and comfortable. I loved the fact we were right on the water. Very good value.

The only downside was not the fault of the facility. The midge flies! I wish I was warned!

Breakfast was adequate...muffins, toast, bagels, waffles, yogurt, cereal, instant oatmeal, fruit, juice, coffee. Staff was friendly. Room and breakfast area were clean. Bed was very comfy. Room had a small patio with chairs and a view of the lake.

We did not mind this, but some people might not like that you have to walk outside and up to the office building for breakfast. We had a room with a jetted tub. The tub was located right next to the bed, which we thought was very odd, especially since the entire room was carpeted.

It was clean! The pool was nice breakfast was good. The room was huge! I got a double room. I originally booked a king room on accident called down explained it and they got me into the right rook super easy! The staff is amazing!!!! It also over looked the lake and was so peaceful we loved it! 100% would book again

You had to walk across the parking lot for breakfast. There was alot of bugs at night. Pretty sure this is normal tho

Cute little beach in the backyard! Lots of rocks to look at, plentiful parking, good breakfast (not underwhelming). We traveled without our young children, but will bring them back here for a family vacation for sure!

The breakfast room, pool room, and guest rooms are three separate buildings. They're not far from each other at all-- but if you have a bad weather day or elderly travelers (cannot 300 steps) it's not convenient.

I called front desk b/c someone was smoking & im allergic to smoke. Signs are posted no smoking You will be asked to leave. The front desk handled it immediately & I appreciate them doing so. Customer service is in decline but this staff understands how to handle issues properly.

Breakfast could be improved. The a/c unit could use a new one. The rooms need some updating

The beds were very comfortable, and the pillows were the best! I am very picky about pillows due to neck issues, and these were like my expensive ones at home. The pool and hot tub were great temps and very clean. The Staff was friendly as well.

Could have used more coffee for the in room maker for the second day, but that's a non-issue. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was loud.

Breakfast was ok…no protein choices, but good continental. Location right on the water was soo nice, with view of Mackinac Island. Bonus…jacuzzi tub in room!

The room was more than I expected. It was not real spacious but for what are travelling needs were, it was perfect. Only thing I had a bit difficulty with is the low toilet seat. Next time I will just bring my lift extended seat. otherwise, had all I needed. The lady at the continental breakfast was very helpful.

The view was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and smelled nice. We had a jacuzzi, which was unexpected. The price for 3 nights was reasonable.

The bed was a little uncomfortable. The light above the sink wasn't working, and maintenance had to come in twice to fix it.

The location was great because it wasn’t in the very heart of town, yet it was still within walking distance of the ferry. I loved having a balcony that overlooked the water with a view of Mackinac Island! So relaxing. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice, too!

The only thing that could be improved upon is the breakfast. The only “hot” about it was a waffle machine. Some hot eggs/bacon/sausage would really improve the meal.
