Staff is very friendly and made the check-in/out process simple and also gave details of all the amenities on property. The room was very clean and expected quality for price. Plenty of towels and rags, etc. Breakfast had a very "made at home" feel and a variety of choices. Location is perfect if you're visiting Branson. It's quietly located a few turns from the busy main attractions, and we were able to easily navigate our whole trip from there! Nice place to stay if you want affordable,clean, and nothing fancy. We were able to make ourselves at home and truly enjoyed our stay.

Extremely low water pressure in the shower, it took forever to rinse soap or shampoo.

The check in was quick and the staff was friendly. In the morning breakfast was great a good way to start the day. Our room was clean and well taken care of. the pool was very nice. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I had a problem with the TV in our room and that was quickly resolved by the evening staff. It was mostly user error but they came and showed us what the problem was and waited until we understood how to use the remotes. Check out was easily taken care of and quick. We will be back and will recommend this place to family and friends.

The price is why we chose this hotel. This was our second stay. We will most definitely come back again. It's by far the best hotel deal around, such a nice place for the price point. And the location is pretty good. But yeah I highly recommend this hotel, unless you have loads of money, then sure, there are prettier places, but for us this was *perfect!*

The coffee at breakfast was really not good. Definitely would help to have some flavored creamer options.

We stayed here for three days two weeks ago, It was our first time to Branson and this place was perfect for my family and I(we got a family room). It was quiet, clean and was just a short drive to the main strip and all the stores. The whole staff was exceptionally nice and I had a lot of questions and they were happy to help. They also helped me with tickets and saved me some $$. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot to choose from. We definitely will be staying here again.

Clean rooms, ready for us when we arrived. Loved the breakfast, and have honestly spent more money at other places we didn't enjoy nearly as much. Definitely recommend and we will be staying here again. Minutes away from the Boardwalk, Aquarium, and Silver Dollar City.

Only thing that needs any improvement, is please add breakfast and pool hours to the info brochure given at check in! But also it is easy to just ask.

The breakfast was was excellent, with a nice variety of food options and trays were provided to eat inside the room. Amber was great and the other kitchen staff was great as well. Danishi (Danny) the manager was very professional and helpful and the night personnel was very nice as well.

The pillow-top bed was very comfortable, as were the provided pillows. The hot breakfast was among the best we've had - fresh scrambled eggs (as opposed to frozen, microwaved egg patties that are common these days - if at all), sausage patties, biscuits, gravy, good coffee, etc.

When I made my reservation on booking.com, I reserved a Queen Room with one queen bed. I was a little shocked that I was given a handicapped, accessible room. Not that it was much of a problem, I just wish booking.com would have mentioned that during the reservation process as we don't need a handicapped room.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Pool was clean and kept up. Breakfast cook did great work. Housekeeping was exceptional for us. Thanks Julie. Even smelled good unlike other places we have stayed.

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was delicious 😋. The price was great and affordable. The staff was excellent, professional and very friendly. I will definitely visit again. I had the pleasure of having Eliza as my housekeeper she was great. I actually would prefer this hotel over your local Hilton. Here I wasn't treated as a guess but as family❤👍🏽.

Breakfast was good. Coffee was a little weak, but overall, very good hot breakfast with variety enough for everyone and plenty of seating so we could enjoy in comfort without feeling rushed.

Very small bathrooms and the air conditioning didn't seem to cool very well. Wasn't necessarily hot in the room but not as cool as I like it.
