The lady who checked us in , was so very friendly !! When we went to breakfast she went around and greeted everyone, we brought our 8 year old grandson and he thought she was the most friendlest person he met… he went up to her and asked if he could work for her 😃 We will come back to this hotel

Staff was amazing and very kind. the woman at the front desk was so pleasant and happy. She had us booked in a room and I asked if there was a room close to the pool since my kids were excited to swim, and she was so nice and put us looking over the pool so my girls were very excited for that. I’m one of those people that clean the hotel room top to bottom as soon as we get there, and it was already very clean surprisingly! The room was minimal but I really liked it that way since it seemed like there wasn’t anything that germs could fester on. And a huge plus was the rooms had like a vinyl plank flooring! Why most hotels have carpet is beyond me lol. I honestly have no bad things to say at all, and we already booked again for our next trip!

The room was nice size and clean. Breakfast was pretty good and the price was almost unbeatable when checking other places. The owner (?) was extremely friendly!

There was 1 outlet that didn't work that we really could have used, but not a huge deal breaker. 1 bed was super soft and the other bed was really hard. Maybe an older one and a newer one? But we all still slept comfortably. One morning we had just woke up and our door opened, I believe it was housekeeper or maintenance, but they had the wrong room. They did not have a unifirm on so it was a little scary (later found out they worked there) If ever back in Branson I would highly think about staying again though.

The room and bathroom were very clean. Beds super comfy. We were just looking for a good place to sleep, so there was nothing fancy in the room. Clean, fresh towels were in the room when we returned in the evening. Simple furnishings, so if we wanted to hang out in the room the extra chair was very basic. They offered breakfast, which we enjoyed the morning we left. Owner was extremely friendly and professional, as well as the staff. I did get a smile, seeing their checkin process is very old school. Large, paper calendar... a touch of nostalgia.

Nothing in my opinion needed improvement.

This will be our go-to from now on! We were very pleasantly surprised. The room was extremely clean. It had wood floor so no carpet to carry germs. The mattress was very comfortable. The breakfast was as good as any breakfast we have had anywhere. It was especially quiet. (We were in the back building a way off the road.) The staff obviously take pride in what they do. The locks were deadbolts and very secure. As a woman, I would feel safe staying here by myself. Fir ground floor, the parking is right by the doors. This is great because we didn't have to carry our stuff a long way. We were so pleased by the value. More prohibitive motel/hotel costs have made us not be able to travel as often so we really appreciate there is still a nice and comfortable motel/hotel that is affordable. Thank you!!!

To be clear, we loved all of it. These are the two "could be inconveniences" for someone, but nothing that I would say should make someone want to go elsewhere. 1) Some parking is on a hill, which could make it difficult for someone who uses a walker or wheelchair, even on a flat surface. We have arthritis and asked for a flat surface/parking lot and they were happy to oblige. Just ask! 2) If you're in the back building, it's about a half block walk to the breakfast area. If you want to be closer to that area, you might want to request a room in the front building. Neither of these are deal breakers in my opinion. They were great about accommodating us. Just let them know!

This was an excellent hotel. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was excellent (biscuits, gravy, sausage, eggs, waffles, toast, coffee, juices, etc). I thought the location was great. It was just up the street from the Titanic museum but off the main road so it was quiet. The room was large and clean. All the doors appeared to open to the parking lot and sometimes that means it's noisy but this was a quiet hotel and even with a full parking lot, it was nice and quiet. The room had a mini fridge and microwave which was a nice feature.

The only issue I ever have with hotels is a lack of seating in the rooms. Traveling with 3 adults, it would be nice to have more than one nice chair. There was a rather long desk that had 2 metal chairs but it would be nice to have had another soft chair to relax in.

Convenient location, friendly staff, and a great value compared to other properties in the area. We only needed maid service one day and it was complete by the time we got back from being away for about 3 hours. There is also a Walgreens within walking distance. The breakfast offers eggs, sausage, bananas, yogurt, mini donuts, toast, a waffle maker, and a coffee bar with multiple flavors/sweeteners. They also have other beverage options.

Had some annoying neighbors but they were gone the next morning. I brought an Amazon fire stick to watch movies on the tv and it was a bit difficult plugging it in to the tv. There was a power outage in the area during one night. Powdered eggs (pretty sure every hotel has these tho)

I love how close we are to the Branson strip and also to Silver Dollar City, our favorite attraction. The beds and rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is very good and the pool is perfect to cool off after a long day in the Branson heat. I'm confident we will become regulars to this location every time we travel south. The hosts also accommodated my family by placing us in rooms near each other, it was fun to have my sister just next door. We had a great stay!

The only thing I might add would be another set of curtains over the black out shades to eliminate even more light in the rooms at night. But that is just personal preference. The black out shades are leaps and bounds above other places I've stayed and block light well.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. Our room was clean, beds were very comfortable, a/c kept our room nice and cool, and the fridge kept our drinks cold. Breakfast was good. Parking was easy. Location was excellent!

Not that I didn’t like it but during our stay we had a tornado warning with sirens going off and very high winds. I was opting for our bathrooms if need be because we were not on a lower level. So maybe a plan on the door of a safe place to go.

Very clean room. Great room service. Climate controls not overridden by automatic shutdown at night. Allowed for comfortable temperature all night without waking up hot because the motion sensor shut off the AC. VERY pleased.

Elevator would’ve been nice since I have a tricky knee. Additional appliances in the breakfast room would decrease wait time on making waffles. Only one waffle iron present. Also individual serving packets of certain breakfast toppings, like jelly, would be my preference over the multi-use bottle.
