Staff was amazing and very kind. the woman at the front desk was so pleasant and happy. She had us booked in a room and I asked if there was a room close to the pool since my kids were excited to swim, and she was so nice and put us looking over the pool so my girls were very excited for that. I’m one of those people that clean the hotel room top to bottom as soon as we get there, and it was already very clean surprisingly! The room was minimal but I really liked it that way since it seemed like there wasn’t anything that germs could fester on. And a huge plus was the rooms had like a vinyl plank flooring! Why most hotels have carpet is beyond me lol. I honestly have no bad things to say at all, and we already booked again for our next trip!

The location is super convenient. Not ON the strip, but very close so getting to places wasn’t hard at all. The breakfast was yummy and the staff was really nice. The price was good too. Checking in and out was an easy process. Housekeeping came each day but they were respectful of when you didn’t want them to come the room. You can tell that this place is popular because there were plenty of guests.

The particular room that I was in was relatively clean. My only complaints were in regards to the bathroom, which had some mold on the ceiling above the bathtub and the shower head could’ve been cleaner. There was an outlet between the beds that of the two (top and bottom) one didn’t work, but I was able to unplug the alarm clock that was plugged into the working outlet and plug the lamp in which had outlets and usb ports built into it so we could still charge our devices. The bathroom didn’t have a place to hang towels. You could tell that there used to be a hook on the back of the bathroom door but it must’ve fallen off/broken off.

Super friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed. Breakfast was very good. The bed was very comfortable. Location was great. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance even. We would definitely stay here again.

. The only thing I didn't care for was the floor in our room. It looked fine and was very clean when we got there but it was all linoleum or something similar and there was no mat to wipe your feet or anything, so the floor got tracked up pretty quick even though we took our shoes off as soon as we came in. It wasn't a deal breaker. Everything else was great.

I loved how clean and nice our room was. The beds were especially comfy. We loved the free continental breakfast and the pool was great. The housekeeper was very friendly and we loved the location of the hotel. It was very close to all the tourist attractions. Some were close enough where walking was an option.

We liked everything! The owners of the Inn were very friendly and always inquire how the guests were doing and what they plan to do in Branson. There wasn't anything we didn't like. Enjoyed our stay very much!

Not fancy but everything we needed. Clean! I loved having plenty of towels and washcloths. Beds were soft and comfortable. Location was close to shows. We had a fridge and microwave in the rooms. Good breakfast variety. Staff friendly in the office and the woman who took care of the breakfast area was friendly.

Not having a microwave to warm food that had set awhile, like biscuits licated in the breakfast area. Would have preferred individual jams and jellies instead of a bottle everyone uses. One gentlemen on staff in the dining area was not friendly and really not suited for working with the public.

It was clean, pool was great, breakfast was good even though same thing everyday. But good. The owner or Manager I believe her name was Grace. Very nice and expedient. Cleaning staff was nice gave us clean towels everyday when we asked. We chose not have service until we left. The mini fridge was excellent had a separate freezer. Location was awesome. If it weren’t for the heat we would’ve walked everywhere. The Titanic exhibit was very close along with other eateries. Cheddars was good. Didn’t try any BBQ. 😌. Will return.

Parking lot was weird but not a deal killer.

The room was exceptionally clean but there was a lingering smell of bleach. I'm sure it was from the superbly white bed linens. Bed was comfy, shower was hot, and overall the room was very clean, well appointed and quiet. The building itself is older but some renovations have been made. The breakfast was served near the office. It was a walk down the parking lot and inside what used to be probably three rooms. The entry way needs to be cleaned and spruced up a little. It was dingy. The food and coffee were GREAT: eggs, biscuits & gravy, sausage, waffles, and other miscellaneous items. The rooms were so clean but this area was not. The floor was dirty and the tables sticky. Very nice attendant and very helpful about the Branson area. Every staff member was friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Just that the breakfast area needed to be cleaned. I was there at 7:00 and it was dirty then.

Room was spacious and very clean. When we had a problem with our room, we were moved to another room promptly and easily. Breakfast was very nice and kept well stocked. Staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The woman who I believe runs the hotel even packed up some fresh pastries for us to take when we left! Will definitely stay here the next time we return to Branson!

Wish there had been a dresser with drawers to unpack our clothes in instead of the "cubes" that were there. However, that was really the only item that did not meet expectations.

First of all, this hotel is EXTREMELY clean. The LVP flooring in rooms gives a fresh, modern and sanitary feel instead of normal hotel carpeting. Lots of little quality touches that most basic hotels don't have-- quality beds and nice white bedding, room darkening shade AND an additional light filtering daytime shade. Grace, the owner was always available, cheerful helpful and very visible in helping guests. Quiet at night. Safe location. The breakfast was very decent, and included with the room. Pool looked clean and well cared for. We will make this our first choice when we return to Branson.

Honestly there was nothing we didn't like-- it was all around great.

The staff was very friendly and the size of the room was great (king with jacuzzi). The room was very clean and this is the first hotel where we didn't have to request extra towels and wash cloths.

The room is not fancy but has everything you could need. Though the furniture pieces were not high end, they were pretty new and everything was in perfect condition. Cleanliness and friendliness is way more important to me than expensive furniture any day.
