This hotel was clean and pleasant, the location was close to the activities that we were attending and convenient to get to. The front desk staff was friendly and informative. I wouldn't mind staying here again.

Reserved room with 2 queen size beds, however they were more like full size beds, we're not big people but found myself sleeping on the edge of the bed. The mattresses were soft, every time we turned or moved it felt as though we were in a boat, the entire bed rocked 😱😵‍💫. Breakfast was okay but nothing to brag about!!! And the bathroom was way too small, the toilet is too low to the floor!!!

Good and friendly service, I like that there is a free breakfast although it has changed, ,The beds were very comfortable,, The price was very good because it was a special on booking.com

The air conditioning was not working well when we first arrived, we thought it would get better and came back later and it was not..but the maintenance man actually came right away after my husband went the front desk to Make them aware of the problem,, and they fixed it!,,so that was impressive to me, to get done and done quickly... My only other comment is the breakfast is not the same quality that it seems to have been a few years ago, I understand that prices have gone up for food and help, probably, too..

Room was cozy & clean. It was on the bottom floor and near the pool as I had requested due to my recent knee surgury. Breakfast was very satisfying, with a nice variety and plenty of dining space. The location of the hotel made it very easy to get around town 'the back way" avoiding traffic our entire trip! We will certinly be staying again!

The only thing I didnt like was the incline on the parking lot - and totally understand there is nothing that can be done about that! I had recently had knee surgery and was unsteady on my feet. Our stay was PERFECT!

The breakfast was great! We actually went to Shoney's one morning instead of eating at the hotel; we sincerely wished that we had eaten at the hotel instead! The bed was very comfortable. We had read some reviews which said the beds were very hard and uncomfortable, but we did not find them to be that way at all. The staff at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. We forgot an item in our room upon checkout. The maid found it and turned it in. I called back to the hotel two days later and was able to have it mailed to me. Thank you very much! I also enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. This was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel.

This hotel is so cute! It looks like a little castle with knights and horses all around. The beds are comfy. The rooms are clean. The pool is clean. The hot tub is hot. We asked for extra towels and they were prompt to get them to us. The shower water is really hot. There are little ponds with lilly pads. Its super close to all the activities. Only 14 minute drive to silver dollar city. The price is more than reasonable. Would definitely stay again!

My only complaint is that the air conditioner in the room we stayed in wasn't working well. It would come on but didn't blow cold air. We didn't complain because we brought a fan from home anyway. But everything else was awesome!

The staff was so friendly. The room was good size and the bed was comfortable. The shower worked, was clean and the water was hot! It has a lot of accommodations included!

The breakfast buffet left something to be desired. The sausage links were hard and flavorless. They could pick better quality because the muffins were also stale and lacking flavor. The coffee was ok and orange juice was good. The eggs were alright. The gravy for the biscuits was very basic, again lacking any real flavor. The staff at the buffet were very friendly though.

Our request for the top floor was met. The room was clean and breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast, but it tasted good. The bed was a little on the softer side but not uncomfortable. The only issue we had with our room was a popping sound that we could not find the source of. We did not tell the front desk until check out, so it was our fault that we lost sleep because of it. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we would stay there again and would recommend to others.

Through no fault of the hotel, we didn't get much sleep the night we stayed. There was a popping sound that continued off and on through the night, that we couldn't find the source of. The front desk stated that had we told them, they would've moved us to another room.

The free breakfast was great. It was nice seeing so many people there each morning. There were options to eat for all ages. We also really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub areas. It was a bonus to see the the room doors were on the inside of the building instead of the motel style on the outside of the building and that you had to use a key card to get inside the building where the rooms were.

Like others said, the bathrooms were a tad small— but definitely manageable! I guess the silver lining is that the vanity was outside of the bathroom, so I could do my makeup while others showered and got ready!

It was just off the strip which was nice with it being Labor Day weekend and how busy that is most the time. We could navigate on the back roads to get where we needed and back to the hotel without being on it much. Nice breakfast and the area around where it is served is nice to sit and eat.

The AC unit was a bit hard to get just right to where it was comfortable, but more than that it always seemed to be muggy or humid in the room. Clothes always felt just a bit damp.

The staff…front desk, breakfast, housekeeping were all very friendly and accommodating! The facilities were clean and very good for a 2/3 star hotel! The hot breakfast was a big plus and the pools/hot tubs were great for relaxing. The location is very convenient for all of the Branson activities! My wife and I throughly enjoyed our stay at the Stone Castle Hotel and will definitely try to stay there again on our next Branson visit.
