We stay here a lot, and have for over 10 years. We love it here. However, it has gone down hill somewhat. And starting to show just about everywhere on the property.

I know these have been tough times, and can see you're trying to do a few things to improve the property, but it's going down hill faster than the improvements to keep up. Needs updated really bad, and cleaned up a little better on the grounds. OMG, THE BATH TUBS, REALLY!!!!!!!!!!!! all chipped up and some touch up paint. Looks nasty.

We ordered via the QR code at 9:30pm for 7:30am delivery. We received an email confirmation. After waiting 45 mins the next morning with no breakfast delivered, I called room service. She said her system was down and never got the order. She verbally took it and delivered our breakfast in 20 mins. It was a good breakfast.

The cold shower the next morning and the coffee pot not working. We called housekeeping. Spoken to the automated person who said she would tell engineering and they would contact us soon. After waiting an hour, we never heard from them, took a cold shower and left for our appt. We had hot water for our evening shower.

Comfortable and elegant. Beautiful surroundings.

The bathroom toilet was older and older-very low to the floor. The bathtub was small and really not usable for a bath. As we were in a corner suite, I expected better accommodation in this matter. The beds were well appointed and confortable. We did ask to hav our suit freshened, more washcloths, etc. bed made, but nothing was done. Also, the suite ha no bottles of water other than $7.00 bottles of water. As a traveler, paying almost $700.00 to stay 2 nights, this was a real turnoff from the quality of what the hotel has to offer. The staff was very friendly and helpful....a real plus for the time spent there.

There were so many amenities to choose from; indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, a tennis court, 2 pickleball courts, a gym, access to a spa that had a steam room, a dry sauna, massages, the list goes on. The lobby was beautiful and peaceful. The staff were all very friendly and attentive.

The top edge around both the indoor and outdoor pool walls were visibly dirty. The water pressure in both sinks were poor, but as we were checking out, they stated it was being worked on.

The facility was beautiful and they service was exceptional, but the resort fee and the fee for parking was absurd. I don't understand why guests have to pay to park at a facility they are staying at, makes absolutely no sense. Plus what are we getting for the resort fees, what's included with that because we had to pay extra for everything there.

I didn't like that I had to pay to park at a facility I payed to stay at, plus I didn't like that I payed resort fees and still had to pay extra for things at the resort. What are the fees for?

I. Had 2 rooms one for my husband and me, the other for my son and his family, The facility is awesome, location spectacular, beds very comfortable, personal very accommodating.

We tried to get some drinks at the bar, the girl there didn't know what she was doing, took her forever to make one drink, my husband and my son just had beers, also my son called 3 times and asked for blankets, for the pull out bed , blankets never arrived. My granddaughter ended up using a throw blanket that I. Had

Just a little disappointed with the price .... we had spent the previous night at an Express hotel and had a nice complimentary hot breakfast with all amenities .... At Chateau I paid $87 dollars for the three of us to have breakfast .... I love the place and have stayed with you all many times but maybe every amenity doesn't need to be a huge charge ... I spent $134 dollars in the bar and I think $30 dollars for valet ....

Service was great as usual .... and the lobby is always a beauty .

Very cool and unique hotel. The center atrium is amazing and you have just about everything you need right at the hotel. Was about 10-15 minutes to Silver Dollar City and less than 10 to the strip

Seemed a little odd being on a very large private property to charge extra for parking. I understand charging extra if people wanna be protected in the garage. Just build the parking into the price of the rooms.

Dani at the desk was exceptional in helping us figure out a good location in the hotel to stay for our next visit. Loved the various food options. The view was incredible! I loved the indoor water falls 24 hour pool Theatre Location by Table Rock

Bed in the room not as comfortable as I like Would have liked a gluten free - dairy free option in the ice cream section Would have liked gluten free options to be listed on menus Would have liked seating to view water falls Would have liked info about services, etc. in rooms, for example: did not know pool was open 24 hours a day until we were leaving. Paying 10.00 dollars for parking and walking uphill

The lobby and location was beautiful! Loved the Christmas decorations. The bellman when we arrived was very kind and told us all about the nativity and gingerbread houses. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer. We plan to come back soon and have more time to experience the beautiful location.

The room needs updating. Wallpaper is peeling in bathroom and floors looked dirty. I asked for extra pillows when booking but they were not in the room and we arrived late after going to silver dollar city so we didn’t bother asking once we were in the room ready to go to bed. The bed was very hard so I didn’t sleep well but that’s more of a preference I suppose but I would really like a more comfortable bed.
