I love the atmosphere! So cozy and vintage vibes. The front desk was so sweet, coffee from the coffee bar was AMAZING! Stayed in the lobby till midnight playing board games they have in the lobby. Bed was comfy and the room was clean.

I wish I would have stayed on the front side of the motel. We were on the backside facing the pool and main parking lot at the bottom level and all I could hear was kids running up and down the stairs and walkways, kids in the pool and cars starting and turning off. It was never not quiet, with the pool not closing till 11pm, kids were hollering until then. I would have rather stayed in the front listening to the highway. The breakfast was just danishes and cereal, easy quick things. They just don’t say that in their website so “free breakfast” had me thinking eggs, bacon etc.

The places set up to gather and be comfortable; easy to relax. The staff helpful, and the room was super clean.

The room was very nice, however being right next to the stairs and kids being kids, their running up and down the stairs after 10 pm had me questioning their parents choices. The curtain in the window left a gap that when in bed was at eye level. I noticed several people putting blankets or towels in the windows or trying to pull the shades down far enough. But what really puzzled me the most is why have room numbers so hard to see? Hard to see up close much less from your vehicle while looking for where to park.

Nice atmosphere

Didn’t get to use hot tub or fire pits bc too crowded and constantly taken up

Creekside soaking tubs were the highlight. While the room was on the smaller end, it was plenty space for a couple and had a LARGE tub in our ground floor king. I spent at least an hour every night in it watching family feud on the tv. There weren't dressers, but the nightstands do open up for small storage for a couple foldable outfits. Toiletries were very nice. (shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, q-tips, makeup remover, bath salt).

Pending charges added to card on file for full cost of each nightly stay, despite pre-paying for room in full. Didn't actually charge card. Soaps weren't tamper-proof

The resort is newly remodeled, and it shows, especially in the lobby that has a beautiful fireplace surrounded by leather couches and chairs. There is a wonderful lodge feel to the front lobby, but also a barista to make you coffee or tea. We got a room for my daughters family that was perfect. It had two queen beds with two bunkbeds over the top of the queen beds. Everything is very family-friendly. We truly enjoyed the property as well. There’s a swimming pool with movies every evening and several fire pit areas perfect for s’mores. The property also has a walkable Creek behind it that can be heard as you roast your s’mores. There is a restaurant on either side of the lodge as well, and both are very good, and our walkable from your room.

There is no elevator, but the staff carried our luggage.

The room was nice, breakfast was filling & everything was clean

husband was not happy about no coffee maker in the room. Could use a little more lighting. We went down to play games in the lobby area & husband ordered a drink & since they were busy, the girl set the order ticket aside & said would make it & bring it over to our table. evidently they set the order ticket aside & forgot about it. needless to say he was not happy & cancelled the drink & had them take it off the room tab.

Location was great! Loved the heated pool and hot tub. Friendly atmosphere and great vibes.

The check out process. They charged me for a full day and $50 per extra day upon arrival and then at check out wanted to charge for the entire amount instead of just the remaining balance. So make sure to have extra set aside. This was an unexpected expense. I did receive my deposit back almost immediately but it would have much easier to just take the balance of what I owed.

This property is exceptional in every way. All areas are clean. The front desk staff has obviously been well vetted and trained in superior customer service. As a retired interior designer, I was extremely impressed with the thorough planning and design. The pool area and fire-pits located creekside were peaceful. The location is a five minute drive to the theater district but nestled along the creek surrounded by trees is a welcome relief from the chaos

The Ozarker Lodge was such a nice place to stay. The staff were so nice. The rooms were nice and decorated in rustic decor. They had a coffee bar that was awesome! A nice little stream with fire pits out back. They were very dog friendly, and they had late checkout availabile. The beds were comfortable. We will stay there again next time we are in Branson.

The room was a little smaller than I would of liked, next time we will book a larger room. I understand why they had concrete floors in the pet friendly rooms, but I didn't like them. The other thing is they need more lighting in the rooms. The lights were very dim.

Love the ambiance! Such a cute laid back vacation spot! The propane fire pits were a nice cozy spot at the end of the day.

The soaking tubs weren’t open. It would have been nice to have those after a long day at Silver Dollar City. The cool radio didn’t work in the room and the concrete floors were cold in the middle of the night.
