Very clean hotel with ample parking. The room was fresh, the bed was very soft and comfortable. The restroom was of decent size with the amenities necessary. The AC unit kept the room very cool and the hotel staff had the AC running before entering the hotel room, which allowed for the room to be pleasant upon arrival.

I don't have anything negative to say about the facilities and our location. However, I was quite taken back when denied a one-hour extension for checkout. In all the years of traveling and staying in many different hotel brands and Hilton brands specifically have I ever been denied a late check out. This time I was. What aggravated me more was when I asked for this extension the short response with zero explanation provided.

Everything was clean and well kept.

My only complaint was the the photos online had me under the impression the room would be larger than it actually was. And there were no microwaves in the room. When staying for long periods of time, guests are more likely to stay again if they have some amenities at their fingertips rather than having to leave to find one. Other than that, I really have no dislikes about the property. Those are just some personal things I thought about. I had to really think to find anything negative to say about the property, and still I don’t feel those two things were negative.

We checked in about 7:30 p.m.; the front desk clerk (Lacey) was very welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and well maintained; we were comfortable. But next morning’s breakfast—that was exceptional compared to most hotels(they should give the cook a raise)!

The building is a little hard to find, but it was worth it (we felt safer not being right on the strip). The first floor coffee area could have been cleaner, and maybe a more prominent sign indicating that the dining area is on the third floor (they had one, but it’s not very noticeable. The signs in the elevator don’t help if your room is on the first floor). But overall, it was a good place to stay and we’d choose it again.

We liked it was easy that our room was on lower level and close to the exit door and it was nice. The breakfast was decent and they had a late night snack time which was cool. And it was in a decent spot for what we needed to do while there!!

Could have been a better price since they were doing remodeling that we had to deal with workers at that time being everywhere. The hot tub in with the swimming pool area smelled like dirty clothes that has sat in the washer for awhile. They need a new waffle maker for breakfast as that one sticks really bad and looks old and burnt.

Breakfast was wonderful, ice cream at night was a highlight for kiddo, staff was friendly and helpful, less then 10 minutes from all the attractions, and the pool/hot tub were nice for relaxing. Our room was clean but the carpet and chairs were worn/stained (to be expected for the price really)

The beds were far from cloudlike, I'm not sure what kind of clouds these other people have been sleeping on, they're definitely your standard hard/cheap hotel mattress. The breakfast area gets really crowded but I'm not sure how they can fix that with the space they have.

staff was extremely friendly! Free Ice cream in the evenings! Easy location to get to the strip.

had one of the more dated rooms, wasn’t terrible but definitely dated. remote in room for tv didn’t work half the time but otherwise everything was up to the standard I’d expect at a hotel.

From check in to check out, not a single issue! Staff were all wonderful, room was clean, lots of channels on television, quiet, easy access to vending, ice, stairs and elevator. Multiple vending machines with a good selection of snacks and drinks, and they are equipped for credit/debit card transactions. Hot breakfast was good, eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, bagels, yogurt, fruit, juices, etc. Lady tending breakfast also very sweet and kept everything going smoothly.

Mattresses are not very comfortable and only (2) small pillows per bed, no extra pillows readily available.

The room was very clean, the bed was like sleeping on clouds it was so soft and comfortable, the staff was very friendly. Me and my husband went for our honeymoon and would definitely stay there again.

Getting to the pool area was a little sketchy but they were also remodeling so that could have been a part of that. Parking was also a little confusing but once we figured it out, it wasn't an issue. We were in a suite on the end and the room next to us had the TV on loud til late but nothing to ruin an experience over.

The breakfast was delicious and the lady in charge of it was amazing. She welcomed everyone and provided the service of a restauranteur. The breakfast area and food selections were plentiful and delicious. The pool was large and clean. The beds were comfortable and the black out shades were wonderful, even leading to us sleeping much later than usual one morning. The room was spotlessly clean and the daily cleaning crew did an excellent job. The evening treats were a nice touch. The coffee machine in the lobby made some of the best coffee I've had in a hotel and ice water was always available. This was one of the best-managed properties we have ever stayed at.

The computer in the lobby area never had internet access, which was disappointing. The soft serve for the evening snacks didn't taste like ice cream, so we skipped it after the first night. Having windows that would open for some fresh air would have been nice.

Property was nice and secure and close to the highway and minutes away from the local attractions

The only thing that didn’t like was during the ice cream social we had asked if the cookie bake had any nuts in it and was told by a staff member with broken English that they didn’t but when I tried them they in fact had nuts and my wife is allergic to nuts but luckily I tried the bake first to avoid any allergic reactions.
