The breakfast was the best I’ve had in long time they even had fried eggs!.! Omg the biscuits and gravy was fabulous also! Did I mention the fresh lemon water on deck when I seen that fresh LEMON water; I knew I was in good hands w Allstate baby frfr!.! The bed put u to sleep immediately it was soo comfy and last but not least I loved the location quiet safe location. My family loved it and we will be returning soon hopefully the pool and hot tub is working then

The location had me question the hotel. it was tucked away behind a run down restaurant. When we got to our room, it was a pleasant surprise! the room smelled clean as soon as we walked in. it was spacious with a nice bed and a couch with a pull out sofa. The pool was not working at the time, but we weren’t planning on using this amenity. the price was great for the room! I would recommend this hotel to anyone and use it again in the future.

just the location, which had more to do with the businesses around it.

The room was nicer than expected, clean and rather big. The ladies at the front desk were very polite and welcoming. Breakfast was actually pretty great too. The coffee left much to be desired, but the food was hot and tasty.

The elevators had a constant whir that sounded a bit unsettling, but got the job done. The surprising thing that we had issue with was the softness of the beds. They were too soft, if that's a thing. 2 nights of tossing and turning. Soft mattress with a soft topper, with a marshmallow fluffy blanket, and squishy pillows. It sounds lovely..but it just sucks you in and makes it hard to actually get comfortable. Just personal opinion.

I liked everything about our stay. The full size bathroom. The large room with space to breathe. The couch. The location. Plenty of food choices within walking distance. We just completed a 4 night stay in another city, with a less than lovely room. I wish we could have had this room in that city.

We didn't have time to try the breakfast-but it looked fine. The staff was really nice and nice location with plenty of food choices around.

Only one elevator and it was pretty slow -we were there for the Taylor Swift concert and we all had to wait through a couple of rounds to get up to our room.

Location was amazing, and the staff was very friendly. The room was amazingly clean, and the size was far bigger than I expected or usually get. The room came with plenty of towels and all the included amenities were present.

Mainly just the pillows. I do not like complaining about bedding not being up to snuff when thousands of people use the same bedding, but the pillows were very worn in. Also the coffee wasn't great but now I am just being picky so I have enough sentences.

Location is very convenient, breakfast was a bit above average.

Shower was very poor. Little hot water which took almost 8 minutes to turn warm. Water pressure was almost non-existent . . . Almost couldn't tell water was coming through shower head.

The breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about, but the sausage links, scrambled eggs, and biscuits and gravy, were better than your usual mini donuts and bagels. Also had waffle machines! Fruit juices, yogurt and toasters are available. Fresh fruit is also a choice.

Excellent management. These people could not be more professional or caring. It is gratifying to deal with people who really want to do a good job.

The heat in the room malfunctioned but the manager took care of it immediately.

It was a great location, for the distance I had to travel for a family gathering I was attending.

I didn't like that they didn't have vending machines available on the floor I was staying on. I had some issues with my room keys
