Rooms were very nice, staff was great and the breakfast was very good, had a lot more selection than most hotels so we were full before starting our day. Location of hotel was great also. Would definitely stay here again. We entertained different family members 2 different days and had a great time in the pool and at the waterfall Park across the lake.

For the price of this place all 5 pillows on the bed were extremely flat, the tv didn't have many options no movie channels or Netflix etc which was surprising. Also the pool towels are very small, I am 5'2" 150 pds and they didn't even go completely around me so fyi take your own or the towels from the room which are bigger and thicker. Otherwise a great stay.

Breakfast was pretty good. They ran out of biscuits but had plenty of gravy. The orange juice, bfast potatoes, and bacon were all out too. All of which I thought would be replenished by the time I slowly ate my scrambled eggs but they were not. I've had the breakfast here before so I do know that it's really good for a free breakfast when it's all stocked up. The bar was great. A Jack & Coke and a Blvd Wheat were $9 so that was reasonable. Closes at midnight on Fri and Saturdays. Sweet couches with a giant 4 screen TV to watch.

Bathroom light didn't work so that was a fun challenge, then when we checked out I forgot to tell them about it, so I didn't help out the situation any.

I love the decor and the spaciousness. The staff was very friendly. The pool(outdoor access) was a huge plus. I loved the experience of being in the warm water with the cool air.

Thr breakfast was extremely mediocre. I've had much better at much lower quality hotels. What I had was good....I just didn't think there was much variety. I'd like to see waffles, biscuits and gravy, bacon. Indid like the croissants and ability to make a breakfast sandwich. I also think a griddle press to heat the sandwich would be a very nice addition..altogether a good visit/ stay.

Perfect location since I come from 291hwy and my girl comes in from I70, Los Cabos restaurant in the same parking lot, people are nice, really clean, nice smelling soap and shampoo, super quick and easy checkout via your cellphone as well as at the traditional front desk.

Check in always take a bit for some reason, the morning breakfast bar (which is pretty darn good I need to mention) isn't very organized and the dining area looks like it was a cheap addition that was made after the nice hotel was built, the cleanliness in there felt akin to a McDonalds lobby, the bar is only open until 8 or 9pm and we wanted to party later than that, the lighting in the rooms and the bathroom is that dim yellow color and not bright at all (I need way more lumens than that to get a good look at myself in the mirror)

The room was really big. I liked the sliding door that went to the bathroom. And the huge shower, the water pressure. The view, the swimming pool, the jet tub was very powerful. The room was nice but I feel it was the bathroom that really made the room the room it self was plain looking. King size bed, L shaped sectional, small fridge/freezer,microwave (loud when closing) tv on wall(that moves) ceiling fan. Coffee maker. It's close to highway, shopping, restaurants /fast food and sit-down,gas station. We had the king suite I got it for the tub and the balcony. Maybe it was the couch that threw the room off the room was clean though just not sure if it was worth $250 for a night but we enjoyed our self so that's what matters.

At breakfast some guy used his hands to pick up the croissant Like it was his own personal buffet. I'm just glad I was ahead of him.

We did not know at the time but the hotel was over book in king rooms. We were upgraded to an absolutely beautiful suite. We had a view of the lake from our balcony. We will become frequent visitors to this hotel. The staff is top notch(except 1) and clean beautiful facitiies. Breakfast is very good and as I told the breakfast staff, they were rockstars. There were 2 weddings, a sports team, 2 family reunions and a high school reunion. They kept food coming out fresh and were very cordial when u asked them questions.

One staff member was a little short with people and almost acted as if she was put out by helping people. In her position I would have expected a more cheerful person. Any of the numerous other staff members we had interactions with would of definetly acted differently. We met alot of super nice staff members so we know this was definetly not the norm. Hopefully she just had on off night and isnt like that other nights.

Staff felt a little on the edge..guess because they were booked to compacity.. I wish the dining/breakfast room was open from at least 5 to 8.. so guest could use to eat in.. We got take out food and brought it back but was kind of cold to eat outside..we did enjoy that sports bar though..great wiskeys and mascato was top notch! But everything was great for a Staycation!

No where to eat our take out food in the lobby area.. wish we could use the little breakfast area from 6pm to 9pm.. dinner time.. when it's cold.

The room was very spacious and clean. The outdoor walking path looked inviting and lots of people were using it but we were just there for the night and did not use it. The French toast at breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable.

The breakfast area was short staffed and many of the tables were dirty. I used a napkin, hot water and hand sanitizer to clean ours. I did let the breakfast person know but he was very busy keeping the food filled at the breakfast bar.

Location was lovely on a nature trail/large pond. Clean room. Breakfast was good.

Wifi didn't work. Network wouldnt even show up as available and when it did, would go off immediately. Called front desk and the older woman there could not understand the issue. She kept parroting you don't need a password. Yes, I understand that! She clearly didn't understand the issue so we just gave up and used our own data. Had I needed to log into my work on the road (which I do sometimes) , this would have been a major issue. They need a booster for their Wifi. We were on the fourth floor of the hotel FYI.

Very nice place to stay. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Restaurant next door.

Would like for the breakfast to start earlier - 6:00am like every other place we stay. This was our third time staying here as we traveled across country and have never been able to partake of the breakfast. Drivers like to get an early start! Please start earlier!!!! Front desk often empty of help. Couldn’t pay for water or ask questions - no one there in the morning.
