price was right. Linen seemed clean

When I arrived I couldn’t find anyone to check me in. Tried even calling the hotel. Finally an Urber eats person came in and knew where to find staff. I guess it was their dinner and smoke break. The staff was nice once I found them but it took 20 minutes or longer to find them. Also, breakfast was not well stocked. Juice machine out of order.

service was great, the room was clean and comfortable.

the shower set up wasn’t the greatest. couldn’t use the bigger shower head, had to use the hand held wand bc the bigger one dispersed water passed the “barrier” it felt like I was flooding the bathroom. the key card didn’t always work on the doors from the parking lot.

The front desk girl was great the room clean and I wasn't bothered the whole stay

The fact the ice machine didn't work the pop machine didn't work on credit cards the front desk had no change they could give on fives or tens so u could get a drink

The staff was/is very helpful and friendly!

As a wheelchair user, many people arriving park in front of the wheelchair access... not the hotels fault. But I did ask for a sign to be placed to not to park in front of the wheelchair access.

Comfortable, clean, affordable, and close to dining.

I did not like that they charged my card the deposit instead of just keeping my card on file. Also our refrigerator was not there. That was inconvenient.

Location, easy check in

Breakfast needs more hot choices, bathroom needs updated, someone was vomiting outside our window about 3:00 am. Lighting could have been better. One lamp didn't have a bulb. Chairs were not comfy.

the rooms were recently updated a bit but attention to detail lacked. lots of paint splotches all over the floor and wires were hanging out of the bedside lamp

Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, location convenient.

No shower curtain in my room, no microwave, website showed pool and fitness but upon arrival they were closed.

Although the location wasn't the best. It still was quiet, and peaceful.

The location could've been better and cleaner on the outside. Alot of less fortunate people walking around the area. I didn't like the fact that you have to check in again after 11 next day, your room key stop working.

Property is great. Location has very sketchy people around. But that isn’t necessarily the motel’s fault and can’t help it.
