The location was perfect and I liked that there was plenty parking spots. Front desk was courteous and helpful, the suite we stayed in was nice, spacious and clean. The housekeeper on the 3rd floor where we stayed on was very courteous and was happy to provide us with the few items we requested even when he was busy at the time(don’t remember his name). We will stay again as we visit the Kansas City area quite often, overall a great place to stay. I also loved seeing the security riding around at night.

Breakfast was just ok.

The location was perfect as it was near the airport and our relatives' home, shopping, and the freeway. The room was very comfortable and more like a studio apartment than a hotel suite. Loved the pool! The hot breakfast was great and had a good selection from which to choose. Loved the way they had a basketball court and BBQ grills for the guests! Wow! And, all this would not have been possible without the excellent customer service from the staff.

Not a fan of having to request towels, and clean-up service for the rooms. Understand it is COVID-19 protocols to keep the staff safe, so it's not a big deal.

Absolutely loved our room. We got the king suite w the fireplace. The room also had a Juliet balcony. It was beautiful to watch the snow from and write beside the fire. (I'm in town for an author event)

I have a tomato allergy, and the eggs always had tomato which wasn't a big deal but eggs are my go to for breakfast. So I settled for a waffle, which was good, but the next morning, same eggs w tomatoes but no waffle irons. I settled for toast and oatmeal, only no oatmeal either. Wished for other options.

The room size, great. The room set up, great. Room accommodation, great. TV, excellent. Pricing, excellent. Customer service was ok. The hotel & room gave me a comfy feel. Being close to Zona Rosa was great, I loved the location of the hotel! Kid friendly hotel!

The breakfast time during the week could be extended. Being on vacation and preferring to lounge and take my time, I never made it to breakfast so I have no clue what it was like. Ending breakfast at 9am during the weekday is too early! I bring my own cleaning supplies and clean every hotel I stay in, floor and all. After cleaning the floor the wipe was very dirty. Parts of the tub was dirty and hair from someone else was in the towels which were rolled up on shelf, on toilet, and in tub. The bathroom and room itself was NOT disgusting or dirty but the cleaning could have been done better. Regardless of my cons, overall, this was a great place to stay.

Everything else was great. We were even allowed to have an hour later checkout which was greatly needed with a newborn

We tried using the cardless entry through our phones but it ended up deactivating the cards and then the phone didn't work. We could only use it for one phone but it deactivated the cards so only one of us could get in. We had to go to the desk and get new cards issued. Also had to ask for more towels because there was only two and we booked a room for two adults and two children.

I loved the hotel, enjoyed the size of rooms and full size refrigerator.

The price was higher than what was advertised on Booking.com. When I selected the room it it was one cost, when I booked the room it ended up being higher. This is a bit disappointing. Additionally at time of checkin the staff told me I could have gotten cheaper had I contacted them directly.

The facility was clean, up to date and relaxing. The room was cozy and perfect for myself, husband and 3 boys. Having a full kitchen was great added bonus. The room was spacious & gave the boys room to play. The breakfast was good with decent choices & protein. The outdoor courtyard was beautiful with pool, basketball court, grills and lots of seating

When we checked in their was no information given. No wifi password, no direction as to when the pool & facillities closed. Nothing in the room either

Staff was incredibly friendly when we checked and and when we checked out. Our room was perfect, it helped there were extra blankets in the closet so we didn’t have to bother the front desk. The pool was kind of small but it was in a nice little courtyard area, the kids loved it. Breakfast was good as well. No complaints!

Wonderful room with everything you could need, pool was great and well kept. Our room was next door to the gym and we had a patio door leading out to the pool, and it was still quiet!!! Love the little court yard in the middle; the landscaping was beautiful and I could let my little one run around without worrying about him running off.

Breakfast was good, but would be over the top with a waffle/pancake station!

We had gone to Kansas City for the first time to visit Worlds of Fun for our daughter's 3rd birthday and were extremely satisfied with the hotel. We did not expect a full kitchen and it was a definite bonus. The breakfast in the morning is always nice but, it was great to pinch some pennies and cook our own lunches at the hotel. Having separate living and bedroom area was also an unexpected bonus-- while our daughter napped in the bedroom, it allowed for my husband and myself to relax and watch TV in the living area. It was very quiet, the room extremely clean and the area not too far from the city. 10 out of 10!

The bathroom fan was a tad...loud.
