It was in a good location and easy to get to. It was quiet at night where you could sleep. Check in was easy. The staff was friendly. At breakfast the coffee machine was out if coffee and the staff came right away to change the coffee out.

It was suppose to be 100 percent smoke free but I was able to smell weed in the hallway when I would leave my room. I know it is hard to caught people when they use vipes now.

Great location, close to Worlds of Fun and many other attractions. Good price, clean room, comfortable mattress, good water temperature and pressure in the shower. I felt safe staying here. Close to several restaurants as well.

Hallways were stuffy and smelled strange, like someone had smoked in it. Breakfast wasn't impressive or even hot. Biscuits were room temperature and the gravy was just set out in a crockpot. I ended up driving down the the Waffle House for breakfast. Couldn't find the HDMI port on the TV, either.

Beds were exceptionally comfortable!! Rooms were clean!

Front desk staff were not friendly at all except for the white lady that checked me in. There is a NOW HIRING sign in the front of the hotel and I went and said to the manager that I had seen they were hiring and she said" No we aren't hiring for now! No not hiring!" Well that's funny because the sign out front says Now hiring , but you aren't hiring now? Something isnt adding up!! It was rather insulting! For her to blatantly lie to my face like that! It's ok I wouldn't want to work for or with any of you but the white lady anyway!! She's actually pleasant!! The hotel was decent and for that reason I would go back but staff needs a lesson in customer relations In a bad kinda way!!

I have stayed here before and have been pleased.

The TV wasn't working, and they said it was an internet problem. The next morning we woke up and attempted to take showers, and the water was ice cold. When we went down to the service desk to report the problem, they gave us the room next door. The TV was working in that room, so we were still determining why they said the internet was down. Overall, the stay was okay, but we wouldn't want to experience not having TV for an entire evening again. We were glad that they fixed the issue the next morning.

People were really friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was very clean and the room was spotless. The linen was fresh, beds and pillows extremely comfortable. Wonderful place will use again and recommend to friends and family.

Coffee was the best

Bathroom was very very small and only a shower Breakfast could have had stand alone sausage Though not your fault the street workers worked all through the night. I could not sleep due to the jackhammer noice and the beeping noise as the trucks backed up. I came to rest. Thank inconvenience defeated my purpose.

Room was very comfortable for my sister and I. We stayed one night for a concert and was definitely fun and the hotel was only 15-20 minutes away. The looks of the hotel were amazing.

The only down fall was the shower door didn’t touch the bottom so water easily went out of the shower, not a whole lot but there was water on bathroom floor. We also didn’t like how we could hear the people next to us and how you could hear peoples conversations in the hallway. The door had two locks which made us feel safer but when we went to lock it we could see light coming through between the door and the doorway.

The location was nice, very close to the airport. The beds were comfortable to sleep on.

There was no small light to keep on. So the room became dark when bathroom light went out. There was also switches that didn't turn anything on.

Stay was good as usual Have stayed here many times

The bathroom door rollers were seperated from the top of the door so it was not able to open and close. If there was hot cereal like Oatmeal at the breakfast bar area I did not see them.

Very clean and quiet room, comfortable bed with silky soft sheets and good pillows. Absolutely loved the spacious walk-in shower (good pressure, lots of hot water and a free-flowing drain). Desk with chair plus an easy chair—convenient for 2 people. Lots of light, good closet space. Reasonable price compared with other area lodging. Very helpful front desk staff.

Everything was great. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to other travelers.
