good breakfast, clean rooms, great that it was dog friendly, easy parking, good value, room has working climate control, pretty quiet

The amount of the pet fee was unclear. One place on website says $8.00 per night, another place says you have to call to get the cost because its based on the number of animals? This seems like a straight forward fee schedule that could easily be listed online for guests to anticipate the cost. What we were charged seemed reasonable (though it was more than $8), but it would've been nice to know ahead of time.

The room was very comfortable, the bed was good, the recliner was a nice bonus and I enjoyed the desk being available as I had work to do. Was happy to see a shower and no tub. The room was clean and staff very responsive and friendly. Breakfast had a lot of selection and was tasty.

Location was good, near Montana State University campus and shops. Check in was smooth and staff were very friendly and courteous. Breakfast was surprisingly tasty with plenty of options and very nice biscuits. The room was comfortable, though I didn't spend much time there because I arrived after midnight and departed at 10am the next morning.

Nothing in particular. The building is older, but seems well-kept and I experienced no issues. Very minor point, the bathroom floor seemed unswept (some hair, dust) but it was still clean and comfortable.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. everything about this place is good for my travel needs as it is well priced and near the airport which I need since I live 2 hours away.

The breakfast stopped having hard boiled eggs which I like since I'm on a no sugar no grains diet. I'm glad they kept the breakfast sausage. If possible please bring back the eggs.

We enjoyed a clean, spacious, quiet room and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was pretty good with eggs, toast, cereals, etc. All the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful.

The hotel is not quite walking distance to downtown if that's important to you.

Clean. Great location. Great Staff. Went above and beyond to make it a great stay. They even read our special request and put a picture of Hans Solo and Princess Leia in the room.

No complaints at all…. Except easier access to ice on all floors.

Very good hotel, spacious room. Very friendly and welcoming lady at the reception desk. Yam-yam cookies available. Amenities good, towels etc idem. Nice breakfast. Ample parking space. Next to health and hospital facilities (for those who need that).

Not much seating space in breakfast area, only 4 tables. Room rate a bit high.

It was an interesting hotel - I did not realize that this hotel was located in a rather difficult place to find, nestled in a medical complex. Clearly it is a hotel for medical patients to stay during procedures or visiting patients. It was clean, pretty comfortable, not very roomy and in a slightly questionable area. I say that not from experience, but from all the signs that kept telling me to watch my car and valuables. I’d stay here again, but wouldn’t be my first choice. The front desk attendant was very pleasant and helpful!

My headphones were stolen at the hotel. It's a shame that no one returned them to the reception. I hope it's not the hotel staff :(

Beds were awesome. I even checked to see what type of mattress it was since I need a new one at home! Love the quiet, Love the convenient location, close to airport. Love the simple, clean rooms...no musty smells, no dusty shelves, no dirty floors or bathroom corners. Love the free popcorn...warm, buttery, not too salty, and so welcome after a long day of flying. Love the amazing friendly helpful staff. Breakfast is very good. This hotel is a gem.

I can't think of a thing that would make my stay better. It exceeded my expectations.
