Room was clean. Ally was super great resolving the problems. Offeila(?) and Rebecca did a great job cleaning - room was spotless and I was happy the accommodated a nightly clean. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit thanks to the helpful staff that made all the difference.

Well used furniture and had an odorous smell (like crack tbh / noxious chemicals and burnt baking soda). Smell easily fixed by emptying a travel can of Lysol. Ally / Staff helped to address a high pitched whine coming from refrigerator that I would mention sounds like tinnitus). Shower curtain also had a tendency to break / fall off rails.

The staff was friendly and gave me the great room with convenient parking spot afront. Very clean room with all the amenities as described. The level of comfort is appropriate for the price.

I didn't like extra paper work and the need to communicate to the staff on check-in. I expected to be done with electronic check-in by booking.com. Pretty bad sound isolation between the rooms. The only window was to the parking side with all people passing it by, so had to keep the curtains shut.

There's coffee from 7: 00am to 10: 00am for free. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rates were are fare on Booking.

Even though you are staying extra nights the maid should check daily if you need toilet paper, towels, fresh bedding or whatever. You shouldn't have to hunt them down to get these items.

Fast check in comfortable room. Good blinds on the window close to my car I like upstairs. Hot water, easy drive to restaurants on a great Main Street that now is in Carson City compared to what it used to be like. The small pillows were great, unlike the big monster over stuffed ones in the fancier motels.

Bad toilet seat that you have to hold with your hand to keep it up

For a Motel 6 It was definitely better than expected. The price was Exceptional.

The Shower Pressure sucked. The beds could of been bigger but my main complaint is Paul the staff member who checked us in was NOT Friendly at all. We tried making conversation but it made our check in awkward. We also seen him out and about giving Towels to another room and greeted him as he then just looked at us and walked away without even acknowledging that we even spoke to him

Good location and clean room. Unfortunately, the pool was closed; but sometimes maintenance is required and we saw maintenance actually taking place. So the property takes good care about it.

The room was quite small and didn’t even have a coffeemaker. The A/C was not usable, because one bed was directly making contact with it. Maybe, beds could be re-arranged?

Pretty much everything except...

...there were huge potholes in the parking lots. You REALLY need to address these, and not by filling them up. The lots need to be repaved and restriped...if you don't you're heading toward some litigation, I fear. Just a word to the wise.

I have stayed here many times before but what I always appreciate is the rooms appear recently renovated, they are clean, and the microwave/fridge is so nice. Also, as someone who backs up his footage to the cloud, the internet is very quick and stable for being a public connection. While I have never personally used it, there are on-site laundry facilities if you need to do a load of laundry during your stay.

everything. the staff is amazing even after I got complains about my dogs they worked with me and the rooms are super nice and clean. including the maids. they knew I had dogs and waited to give me fresh towels without knocking so they wouldn’t make my babies bark.

I did love this property and forsure I recommend it to everyone

Check in was easy and clerk was friendly. Made me feel welcome. Since I was traveling with a sm dog, it would of been nice for her to tell me where the dog area was. And a suggestion for the property would be to have dog poop bags available for use..

Was happy overall and felt safe
