Good price. Comfy bed. Roomy. Bedside lamp with extra outlets. Bathtub and shower. Needed a nice soak after long day driving& it was great to have a tub. The drain stopper leaked but I stuffed a washcloth over it and was able to fill up the tub. Breakfast was provided.

We enjoy staying in Elko. The THUNDERBIRD is always our first choice. They are clean and comfortable.
Not much to dislike. I would say the parking can be tricky. Over all it was a great place to stay.

We have stayed here twice. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The free breakfast is good. It’s a very “no frills” place, but it is clean and very affordable.
The beds are not the most comfortable.

Great property with fantastic staff. Called ahead to let them know we wouldn’t be arriving till 2 AM due to car issues and they accommodated no problem!
AC isn’t on until you turn it in once you enter room. Cooled down quickly though!

Our room and bathroom were very clean with no trace of mildew and the towels were folded in a fancy pattern like a 5 star hotel. The shower came on nice and hot. Our 2 Queen bed room was spacious.
The Styrofoam cups should be replaced with biodegradable cups and the complimentary muffins could have been a little larger.

I had stayed there before. They provided clean sheets and instant hot water. It was nice to have a warming light in the bathroom while taking a shower.
The plumbing fixtures could benefit from calcium removal - CLR or lime away. I was concerned that the toilet might overflow as it was slow with each flush. But there was no problem.

Mostly clean; used both refrigerated and microwave. Thought the bedspread might not have been freshly cleaned.
wasn’t sure if red bedspread was recently cleanest; we removed it and conveniently used it to shield AC. it was necessary to use AC but it was pretty strong. That worked!

Room was really clean, no riff raff around the parking lot. Seemed mostly like construction workers and passerbys. Quiet property, good cable tv, wifi signal a bit weak. Mom&pop run
They could replace some of the faucets&showerhead to make it more modern. A bit of a detour from the main highway.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional the following day.
We had some difficulty with the soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the bathroom.
