Location was great after a long day of travelling, easy to find. Hotel rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable.

My TV did not work, only one station came on. A neighboring room had the TV on loud at 1am and I notified the front desk. I asked for another room but was told there were no available rooms. The ladies at the front did not have any solution for me. They did not walk over to see where the noise was coming from but tried calling a room they thought may be the room from my description. I feel as though that was not handled well. The noise continued throughout the night. I did not get much sleep.

We were expecting more of a full service hotel, with larger rooms, & food offering’s, especially for the amount we were charged. The rooms are setup, more like a kids preschool room, & extremely small. Also we were told it was a newer hotel, unfortunately the appearance did not reflect it. The elevator floors are extremely worn out & dirty, a persons first impression overall, is this may have been a wrong choice for the money, & the description does not really match. I normally don’t write negative reviews, I just felt if someone was to read this, they may actually checkout the location, & see what I mean by first impression. New, only 2 min from the Airport, great bar, snacks, comfortable very clean/modern design. nice to have a real bar in a short stay hotel like this, no need to leave the property if you have a few hours to waste. Property had a pool, work out area and computer area - which i did not use,. Free shuttle to airport was very convenient.

close to interstate, could hear neighbors late night activities at 2am. good for then. Dont understand why modern hotels cant sound proof the rooms better. Not really any worse than other hotels I have stayed at, but as a light sleeper its a problem, especially when having a 5am flight.

Location is excellent for those delayed flights out of Reno. The shuttle was much appreciated for both pickup and return to the airport terminal. Rooms are modern, functional and very comfortable. Front desk and bar staff were super friendly and eager to help out in any way.

I realize the site does not have a full restaurant, but the choice of bar food could be a bit more varied. That would encourage people to stay in and enjoy the facilities (e.g. nice bar/foyer area). Saying that, the choice I made was tasty and hit the spot.

Beds and pillows are very comfortable! The place was clean and the staff nice.

The doors to the rooms are very heavy and it was a struggle to open them. This would be an issue for elderly people. The shower and sink area was not very private in the room we had. It's a pet friendly hotel, however there is nowhere onsite to take them out to potty/poop.

We were there for the Hot August Night's event, so we did not get a chance to use the bar area. It however looked nice and we would probably use it next time.

Wished there was a little more privacy for the shower area. A divider would have been nice which does not have to go to the ceiling of the room. I was there with my brother's, so we made do with the setup. However, I have two daughters so I would more than likely use another place if we were to travel. Traveling with my wife only would be fine.

The rooms were quirky, but nice. The bar area was inviting and allowed for us to visit with friends in a nice setting.

We were on the floor level and the people passing by could see in our room. I suggest they put a liner on the windows where you can see out, but people can't see in. It was a little embarrassing a couple of times coming out of the bathroom area into the bedroom with just a towel or robe on.

hotel is conveniently located across the street from airport. Perfect place to stay if arriving late and getting a rental car early the next morning!

since it is across the street from airport, people are coming in and out at all times of day/night and if you are a light sleeper this can be troublesome.

I could hear the person walking around in the room over mine. More rugs may help with this problem. I was charged $7 for parking. I only had a car on the property for 15 minutes while I unloaded my bags and checked in. I then returned my car to the rental company.
