The bed and pillows were amazing and so comfortable. The hotel location is so easy for access from the freeway and to the freeway. There were plenty of places to eat while staying at the hotel so if you did not want to leave you didn't have to.

The Pool was really dirty and the blankets on the bed were not warm enough we had requested extra blankets and pillows so that we could have a little extra. The elevators took forever to come up to our floor or to get down to the bottom level.

Staff was great! Charlie’s Steak House was above my expectations! Cafe food was good. DJ at the bar that was nightly in front of the cafe restaurant was AWESOME !!! We loved the idea of being able to smoke our cigars and have drinks at the same bar. The whole entire HOT AUGUST NIGHTS EXPERIENCE was great!

Please please please have housekeeping mop the bathroom floors. I could see foot prints of a previous guest in the bathroom. Room was VERY dusty. I wiped down the lamps and dressers myself because there was so much dust on them. For the price of our stay I expected a cleaner environment. Also, wished there was a microwave in the room.

Nice rooms comfortable beds

Very pricey for what you get all the restaurants over priced for just ok food elevators to rooms very outdated and slow in need of serious overhaul

- Lots of non-gambling activities (e.g. bowling, pool, escape room, etc.) and restaurants that delivered to your hotel room. - Convenience of café and Starbucks downstairs for breakfast items. - Large fridge in room so you can stock up at nearby stores (e.g., Target) and store things. While the café and restaurants downstairs are convenient, they are extremely expensive (e.g., $5 for a single serving of OJ when you can buy and entire gallon at Target for $3 and store it in the fridge). - Texting system to reach housekeeping was convenient and quick.

- Ventilation can definitely be improved. Being pregnant, I was sensitive to smells and even staying in a non-smoking room on the 27th floor, I could still detect the slight smell of smoke from the vents. - I was expecting soft, fluffy bedding like most hotels; something to fall into after a long day. The bedding was disappointing. No duvet cover; just a sheet over a thin blanket and then another sheet. Bed was comfortable at least.

Large, clean rooms, staff was exceptionallly pleasant and helpful. Lots of activities and amenties. Will take kids back another time. Nicer for families than adults Nice concert facilities, easy to locate, lots of happy people, everything you need...you never have to leave!

ELEVATORS! Every one was very upset with elevator system. They are confusing, broken and slow. Overcrowding and had wait again and again. Little loud, can hear through walls but that's what families are, and they were kids having fun.

I think there are a lot of effort from a good team work who worked very hard to make the Resort appeared in this way Bed were comfortable ,pool was clean a d I loved the separation area .Room size was excellent, but it needs a small table .Also the room needs tissue next to the head table

My trip was for 2 nights ,so I did not see that much to judge good or bad . UT what I did not like was an empty glass which had been staying for 2 days at the same place out side my door .And I saw some clothes and socks in one of the drawers under the Coffe counter . This made feel Do they clean well ?

Bed was nice..I know you have your high rollers…free parking was nice but my husband and I are 66 and 74 it would have been nicer if we didn’t have to pack our heavy luggage all the way up the back stairs……need more people out front to help guide people where to go being first time visitors…..and never gambled before maybe someone on floor to show you how the machines work so we just didn’t gamble.

More staff to help the first time people how to gamble ….no one even asked us if we needed help with anything…had to walk around for the most of the time lost…..we probably won’t be back for that reason not a very friendly place….my husband went to several restaurants and none of them even had a steak on menu….again no one asking us iif we needed help with anything

Everything with the room was fantastic. It's nothing like what we expected, we had the sierra king room. The room was roomy and comfortable. The Furnishings / mattress looked newer. The bathroom didn't disappoint either. The shower was big with 2 shower heads. We had a mtn view. Very nice. Housekeeping does an excellent job making sure the rooms look great! Use mobile checki-n it makes it quicker and they were very accommodating to our special requests. There is a optional housekeeping tip $2 at check-in. I would stay again.

The only thing about the room we didn't like was the lack of places to hang towels. I will say though the casino is NOT non smoking. Not sure about the rooms though. We had a non-smoking room.
