Convenient location; close to airport. Rooms are updated and clean.

Although HI offers an airport shuttle, flights are leaving earlier, so starting the shuttle service earlier at 4AM, would be a great convenience. Also, please alert the front desk to offer other transportation options to guests. Simply saying repeatedly that the shuttle service starts at 5AM and not offering information about other options, is a bit frustrating. A list of alternate options would be great. Thanks.

Room was nice and clean. Bed comfort was exceptional. The breakfast is good and they offer a variety of things.

Front desk person was rude. My family and I stayed 3 nights total and on the 2nd day I called early morning and asked if we can have some bath towels and toilet paper brought up to our room. Her exact response was “No, you can come down and get some” The location is not the best. Located right on the side of the freeway.

Food was good. Serving area was a little small. It got a little crowded at times. I liked the variety of food and drinks. I LOVED all the channel options! Other hotels don't offer as many good channels to watch. THANK YOU FOR HAVING A MICROWAVE IN THE ROOM!!

Only thing for me was the pull out mattress in the couch wasn't too comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Clean, super comfortable beds, decent pool/hot tub, nice breakfast, good location for airport and downtown. Breakfast and desk staff were very friendly

Carpet in room (grateful it was thinner and new looking but still feel like it could harbor germs). Wish there was more fruit than just apples and bananas for breakfast

We really didn't get to spend much time at the hotel but everything from our shuttle ride from the airport and to the airport after checkout was excellent their customer service from all employees was exceptional

That we couldn't spend more time and enjoy the facilities like the pool and fitness center also wish we could have stayed and had breakfast but we had to fly out early in the morning

The staff was very helpful and accommodating, we checked in earlier than expected and they were able to get us a room quickly. Both the outside and inside of the property was very clean and we felt safe around the area. It was very close to our bowling location and nearby restaurants. our restroom was extremely clean and they offered great toiletries.

The room is clean especially the bathroom which I look at first in all hotels that I stay in. The staff are friendly and accomodating. And the breakfast was good.

The housekeepers kept yelling as to they talk to each other in the hallway and the rooms are not that sound proof.

Great proximity to the Reno airport, friendly and helpful staff, room was very clean and quiet. The free breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again.

Coin operated guest laundry, parking lot was very slippery on account of untreated ice underneath snow.

Booking .com has not returned my money yet for my first reservation because I was in a natural disaster and unable to cancel the reservation. Waiting for an answer from upper management.

I really liked how clean and comfortable it was, the beds were quite nice. There was a coffee machine, closet, and the bathroom was stocked. the ac and comfort of the room was good and fully adjustable.

we wished there was a nother elevator as our room was near a staircase instead and we hd luggage. but its a minor thing.
