We did not buy the breakfast. It was too much $$. We were charged $50 after our stay for which there was no explanation. We stayed 2 nights and were quoted * per night for parking which should have been included for free with the room rate. Liked the hotel - it is close to the family we visited and the event we attended. Sad that we won't be booking there as our favorite place was only a few dollars more to book ahead and then you exceeded that with extra charges.

All charges need to be spelled out ahead of time, such as food, parking, etc

Clean

We stayed 4 nights and maids only cleaned room 1 time despite asking for daily cleaning. Also even though they only cleaned the room 1 time they only left 2 sets of towels for 2 people. We were told they only clean every other day, if that’s the way they do it there should be towels left for 2 days instead of customer having to request towels. We did request more towels & told they would bring them but ended up having to go to front desk to get more towels.

The bed was very comfortable and clean. Whirlpool was great, water nice and hot. Room was well stocked. Great water pressure.

The attendant who checked us in neglected to give us our free breakfast vouchers. Free breakfast was to be included per the ad here, but instead, we spent money the previous day on a mediocre breakfast there. Upon checking out we were offered our vouchers which at that point didn't matter. We were charged $8 a day to park in an open parking lot with no security, and $5 per day for wifi.

The cleanness and the level comfortable

Customer service. Claudia had no greeting, no direction to my hotel room, and texted the wrong message that was supposed to go to a different person. She needs more training.

Beds were very comfortable. The room was clean, large and appointed well.

They charge for parking each night. I don't think this is necessary because it has a large, open parking lot surrounding the hotel.

WE STAY IN ROOM 515 AND IT WAS HARD TO GET HOT WATER AT ANYTIME.

THE BREAKFAST WAS OVER PRICED AND HAD TO TASTE, VERY BAD

They were very accommodating with our need to have our car as close to our room as possible as my husband is well.

It was a little expensive in comparison to other places. It's very worth being a Hilton member though. .

I left before breakfast, no one offered me water at my check-in, but offered it to people before and after me.

Easy stay for our three dogs with great areas to take them potty. Multiple outdoor access doors so we didn't just have to go through the lobby each time, we could bring our dogs through the back door and hop right in the elevator. Really clean and beautiful room and the complimentary espresso machine in the lobby was absolutely magical.

The heater/air conditioning unit was making a super loud whistling noise, we let the front desk know and got some packing tape for a temporary fix, no biggie.

Friendliness of staff.

There was an over powering smell of menthal or eucalyptus in my room. Housekeeping couldn't get smell out. No room transfer was offered.
