Magical location , well maintained property with staff that is clearly passionate about what they do. The room was great very spacious and clean. Pet friendly in a way that respected both pet owners and non-pet owning guests

The three course breakfast was a big let down , the courses were a tiny bowl of pineapple, a single little scone type bread/pastry, and eggs... Unfortunately not what most would consider a real three course meal

Location beautiful and dinners excellent. Historical building with all original features. Interesting history of the house available together with the original owner’s hats! Lots of books to read and there are board games available too.

My husband is over 80 and it would have been easier if we hadn’t been on the top floor of the property. Breakfast menu was a bit limited - rather repetitive. Dinner menu didn’t change for the four nights we stayed so again we ate the same meal more than once. Not many vegetables offered.

We stayed a couple of nights at Adair Country Inn. Ben greeted and gave us a personal tour around all the facilities and our room. A nice touch was the background music being played in the restaurant area and in our room on arrival which immediately made us feel relaxed after a long day of driving from Bar Harbor! The bedroom we booked had a sitting area and ample space including a walk-in wardrobe area. Comfy furnishings and a bed that just made you want to stay there all day! The breakfast was one of the best we had on our break. A three course affair including piping hot, freshly made 'Popovers' - a delicacy never before experienced! We took a copy of the recipe to allow us to make at home. Great time had and nice to walk around the grounds after breakfast and take in some fabulous views.

There was nothing we didn't like - only point was that the restaurant was not doing evening meals the nights we were booked for, so we had to head out into town - which was no great hardship.

Located in fabulous countryside. Hotel is a charming house with lots of character & rooms were large with big beds & a sofa. Dinner excellent but not open on The Tuesday night. Coffee/ tea & filtered water available all the time

No well located electrical points probably as it is an old property. Staff seemed a little hassled at breakfast as they serve everyone together. We felt we could not ask for anything extra as it would have caused too much stress. Breakfast was quirky & well prepared but not too large. Just asking if we would like anything else & offering toast or yoghurt as an extra would be nice

Great experience right from arrival, with a quick tour telling us about the background of the building and the estate, etc. The building and estate are lovely, dinner was delicious with wonderful service.

Bed was slightly small for us, but still had a pretty good night. The garden was not in terrific state when we were there, though also we may have been too late into the season. Really, nothing major to complain about at all. :)

The property was spectacular! The views were endless. Mount Jefferson was in the distance. The Inn is beautiful and extremely well kept . The room was well equipped with the most comfortable bed! Incredibly peaceful. Breakfast was delicious and served in the dining room or on the patio. The town of Littleton was literally a five minute drive away with wonderful shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

THe location, it has a wonderful setting, gardens, and walking trails. The facility itself is exceptional combining old style and convenience. Breakfast was excellent, with good choices, tasty, and nutritious. The owner, Stacy, and his family were outstanding, very helpful, and friendly. It was one of the best stays we had in the USA for years. Next time we will come earlier to sit on the porch and enjoy the view.

I loved the tranquility of the Inn, the delicious food, the pristine, comfortable room, and the friendly staff. The first night I was there, I had the most delicious swordfish I have had in years. Dining outside, I was able to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and incredible view of the mountains. Typically, I don't sleep well, but I slept soundly each night at the inn. I felt so relaxed. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The yogurt with blueberries was light and tasty, the popover was a unique and unexpected treat, and the eggs and potatoes were cooked perfectly. As an out of state guest, I was so pleased that Adair Inn exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

I didn't care for the sausage at breakfast, but that is personal taste.

OH MY GOODNESS! Such a quaint peaceful gem tucked into the mountains. If you are looking for a place to slow down and relax this is it. It feels like home with lots of extras! Delicious meals and super nice staff.

Serving time took a little longer than we are used to, but we are finding that is the norm in this area and are adjusting! 😊 We need to learn to slow down and relax!

The staff were amazing - friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area and activities. Breakfasts were amazing. The grounds and location were beautiful and peaceful.

The breakfasts are at 9 am - sometimes that felt a little late given the early start of some activities.
