rooms are beautiful -- no carpeting in the rooms -- stand-up shower -- modern look throughout.

pillows too big - tv too small - no safe walking path from car to front door -- was told there would be oatmeal and there was not -- no vegan options for breakfast (meat/egg/cheese cold sandwiches -- needed to be put in a microwave) -- DO NOT sleep on any floor other than the 3rd.... we stayed on the second and were kept awake all night with loud walking above us, etc.

The staff, upon check-in, were extremely helpful and friendly. They gave us information to get an issue we had resolved and it was handled successfully. Our request for extra towels and bedding was taken care of immediately. The lobby of the facility is very beautiful. The hotel was clean and I liked the fact that the guest room didn't have carpet.

We had a king room bed with a sofa-sleeper (this was the only room available). For a room that is advertised as such, the sofa-sleeper left a lot to be desired. We had four people in the room so two needed to use the sofa-sleeper. It sagged in the middle and the springs were poking throughout the entire mattress which made for an extremely uncomfortable night's sleep.

Room was very modern and updated. Our room had a sitting area separated by the bathroom from the bed area which was a little bit strange for only two people. It had a larger TV than the one that was visible from the bed. Bathroom was beautiful and updated. Lobby area was very beautiful and staff was extremely helpful and friendly during check in. Complimentary breakfast was great with pre-made breakfast sandwiches. Nice secondary sink and mini fridge in room.

Wish the larger TV was in the bedroom instead of the sitting room.

The hotel is located in the heart of the White Mountains in Bethlehem New Hampshire. Hotel is new-ish and very clean. Staff is kindly and helpful. Hotel has a great entranceway , easy parking and nice big rooms. The flooring in each room is wood panel which means, no carpet and no dust mites. Nice , neat and clean. Rooms have kitchenette with fridge and sink and a microwave is available down the hall. Breakfast with everything from waffles to scrambled eggs every morning was included. Will definitely stay at Chandler again and again as we hike the Whites, regularly.

The room was clean with a nice view. The towels and linen were clean and thick. The location was perfect- I had stayed in the area before and didn't know this hotel was there. The hotel is quiet and the room was spacious.

I would have liked waffles and plant milk for breakfast. But the attendant was friendly and knowledgeable about the area- that made the light breakfast experience better.

The property was well located and very clean. The pool looked very nice but we didn’t have time to use it.

We didn’t like the parking. There weren’t enough handicap parking spaces. We both have knee replacements and walking up and down the hill was not comfortable. One of the nights of our stay there was a bad thunderstorm and torrential rain. Going down the hill to the entrance was dangerous and like a flood. There was only one handicap spot near the entrance. Also there was no were no water bottles on the breakfast bar.

Just a nice place to stay while in the White Mountains. We were skiing at Bretton Woods and stayed here. We are repeat guests as we love the hotel, staff and the ability to walk to dinner to a local pub/brewery. Rek-Lis is such a good pub! Food and beer are wonderful. Also, Italian Restaurant in town is also good….Rosa Flamingo. Hotel rooms are big. We didn’t feel cramped with all our ski gear. Refrigerator in room. Beds are SUPER comfy. Water pressure in shower was great! Breakfast was fine. Hot oatmeal, cereal, fruit, waffle maker, bagels, English muffins, fruit cups, yogurt…..good coffee too!

Very clean, comfortable hotel. Very good breakfast available at no charge. Coffee, waffles, toast, breakfast sandwiches, fruit, etc. Our 2 queen suite was big, beds were comfortable. The shower was like standing in a waterfall. TV didn't work at first, but they fixed it. Management and staff went out of their way to be helpful. Especially Dwayne! The pool and exercise room looked good, but we didn't use them. Lobby was big and comfortable. I wish they had lit the 3 small hanging fire pits. And I wish the round bar was open, but maybe next time it will be. I know the hotel was bought and renovated recently. They are still building a game room across from the pool.

There was only one elevator and it was slow. We did use the stairs sometimes. A little exercise doesn't hurt.

Beautiful hotel in a nice location. Front desk personnel were so well-trained, accommodating, and helpful. They went "above and beyond" to make us feel comfortable and at home. We stayed on a night of a busy weekend, when the hotel was booked to capacity, but you wouldn't have known it, by the intentional care offered by the front desk staff.

Signage at the highway leaves a lot to be desired. If it hadn't been for GPS, we'd have breezed on by. The hotel is well-hidden from the highway.

The pool and gym were great and our room was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was nice.

There isn’t a bar due to Covid which is a real shame. For the price I would’ve expected one. The rooms are a bit plainly decorated but still very nice.
