Check-In was great! Tons of kids, but none noticed on our floor. In the morning, Connor went out of his way to assure we had coffee and were ready for our shuttle. The Shuttle driver was great. We left at exactly 4:00am! Staff made the hotel a positive experience.

The containers in the shower were either empty or didn't work right. The bedside clock was unplugged and not working. Leads to concerns of cleanliness due to these things being missed,

Everything was nice, staff, Nayna at front desk very helpful, one thing close to highway, noise from cars/truck maybe sound curtains in front? Need breakfast items back, coffee and juices, don't get cheap....

Noise level inside of rooms, need more work surfaces, more electrical plugs above desk, luggage rack outside closet, was there for 4 days only offered cleaning one day and that was second day ...door tag does not offer clean room now option, snack prices very high...you should identify all options that are not available at hotel....due to staff shortage

Very nice sized rooms. Very comfortable bed. Great shower. The hotel is very quiet, even tho we had several Hockey teams there. Everything was very clean. We did not get to use any of the amenities since we took day trips to the surrounding areas. There is so much to do.

The hotel is new and modern. The supervisor who did our check-in was very friendly. Our room was bright, clean and spacious. We enjoyed using the fitness equipment in our room. Plenty of parking spaces at the hotel. Good choice for an overnight stay. Very convenient to get to the highway quickly.

We could hear people talking and laughing outside in the evening but the noise stopped around 11pm and we had a good night’s sleep. We were disappointed that the breakfast was not included in our room package. We were given a breakfast on the go ready-made bag which is not the same.

Where to begin! For starters the location is phenomenal! It is right off of a major highway. Minutes away from a shopping mall, grocery stores, and a wide variety of restaurants. The staff were kind and very friendly! The room was amazing and it came with fitness items such as resistance bands, foam roller, yoga ball, and a couple more items. This was great because my reason for being in the area was disc golfing so I actually got use the fitness items.

I don’t think anyone is to blame particularly but it was a shame that the restaurant staff were not available during my stay because that food menu looked very yummy and nutritious!

Easy parking, very clean and modern, nice room, great pool.

I paid for breakfast and when we went down on Sunday morning to eat (they didn’t tell us at check in) they said the restaurant was closed on sundays. They said we could take to premade items in the snack area which didn’t look very appetizing. we could only take 2 although I’d added breakfast for the 4 of us staying. that was disappointing.

This hotel is Very clean and the front desk staff was always friendly and helpful, the filtered water and ice machines on each floor are great, the lobby/ lounge area is huge, it is pet friendly so our pup was welcomed with a doggie bag and a treat! the pool is great and the bar / restaurant offer a lot of healthy options also all the rooms are equipped with fitness/ workout equipment including a huge weighted workout ball my kids thought was pretty cool. despite it being more of a “fancy” hotel my kids found a lot of extra little things that made it more kid friendly than expected. We will definitely be back to enjoy EVEN hotels.

nothing really stood out during our stay that was unpleasant

Hotel was new and very clean. There were even some gym amenities inside the room itself which was a nice surprise. Location was 10/10 within Manchester.

The lobby was a bit loud with kids running around but I can't fully blame the hotel for that. A little pricey but I usually don't mind if the place is very clean (which it was).

Great location, close to shopping, restaurants. Easy to get on and off highways.

Breakfast was only fair. On check in was told breakfast was included, given coupon with 30 dollar value for breakfast, did not cover cost of it.

Very clean modern great location 

My room was right next to the outdoor area, and I was very unhappy that the music played loudly all night long.  if it wasn’t for that it would’ve got a 10 but because they never shut that music off it’s a 7
