The location was very clean. The bathroom looks like it was updated compared to the rest of the rooms. It was very clean and well lite. Little things that I found that made a difference that other places I've stayed. I had a light in the shower/tub, the tub drain worked without any backup. The lighting in the entire location was fantastic. Everything was very clean and dust free. The fireplace was beautiful. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location is perfect. Near the center and on a side street making it quiet. We only used the king size bed and we slept very well.

There was only a couple things that I found aggravating. One was that I had to program the remotes for the TV's as neither worked and the one in the bedroom was old and worn out and the buttons did not work good. The springs on the couch were worn and when you sat down I sank into the couch. Someone must have had the volume cranked up for the TV in the Livingroom because the speakers were distorted, not the fault of the property. It was a little annoying with the noise from the restaurant below, that ended around 10pm. The side table in the main bedroom was wobbly and felt like it was going to break. The lights from the restaurant shown through the windows all night, the shades curled in and there was a gap allowing a lot of light in. I think blinds would be better.

Cute and perfectly located property. Pet-friendly so I was able to bring my dog and we had exterior access to our room, which was awesome! Spacious room, with all the amenities we needed. Large and nice bathroom with good fixtures. I loved that they offered creamers for coffee in the room and not just coffee mate. Fireplace was a plus too.

They had a lovely, large bathtub which I was excited to use. However, the water was not hot enough to take a comfortable bath and was slightly cooler than I would have liked for a shower. Not a big deal but definitely something I noticed. I should mention it was very cold when I visited so that might explain why.

We came to NH for a short ski trip. We usually ski at Bretton Woods Ski center but we like to stay in North Conway for the variety of things available in town. Nice restaurants, coffee shops, gift shops, movie theater, outlet mall, etc. North Conway gave us the flexibility of doing many things in the area. Among others, and although a bit far away (30-40' drive), Bretton Woods is the best ski center for our abilities (beginner/intermediate) and it is always excellent (despite its 50 years since it was built) Kearsarge Inn was located downtown in North Conway, closed to many stores and restaurants. We basically walked to reach those places. There is an excellent italian restaurant across the street and a great bakery next door. Facilities looked just renovated and the place was immaculate. Everything worked out, even the weather was perfect, sunny in the 20-30's! Really a jewel for the value.

As mentioned to the concierge, although not indispensable, it would have been nice to have a little table in the room to use as a desk or to play a board game.

Room was spacious and check in and check out was very easy.

I would have liked to know that there would be no servicing of the room during our stay. Maybe include that info with the paperwork that we received with our key? A note in the room located on the top of a dresser (we did not see until the second day of your stay) indicates that they do not service due to "health" risks - this was ok during the height of Covid but really?? Also - if you are not planning to service the room maybe leave a few extra bath towels. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will plan to stay again but I felt that I should mention this issue.

Our room was on the ground floor of one of the "chalets" with parking right outside. The all wood chalet-style decor is not to my liking but despite this, the room was a good size, well-equipped, very clean & very comfortable. Bathroom too was decent size & very clean. Location of the Inn is excellent - right in the centre of town. There is no lobby/reception area, just an office in the main building where you check-in & out. There is an Italian restaurant right opposite the Inn - we never managed to get in so needs to be booked in advance!! Great place to stay when exploring this area.

The room was very dark, so better lighting (or lighter coloured walls)!!

Location was great. Very centrally located and close to shops and restaurants. Since it was on a side street, it was nice and quiet. Our room on the top floor was spacious and tastefully decorated. Liked the double sinks and the bath jacuzzi in the bathroom. Towels and bath products were good quality.

The shower was small and not functional. For example, the curtain was short for the length needed to keep water from spraying out. But we are especially not happy with the bed. Our king size bed was so squeaky that every time one if us turned, the squeaky noise along with the bed shook and rattled!!! No cleaning service for all 3 days.

Location of the inn is perfect, restaurants and shopping right around the corner. Room and amenities are exactly what you need for a getaway, we love staying anywhere we have a fridge too as we like to bring snacks and have room for leftovers.

Quality of the wifi is my only complaint it is very slow to connect and often disconnects while using

Exceptionally clean room, comfortable bed and the fireplace kept us warm. Everything was within walking distance which was very convenient. Very good value.

The only thing I didn't like was the television is very small and far away from the bed. There were some good channels but it wasn't user friendly and hard to figure out for older people. Also, one of the shades had been ripped and had a big hole in it.

The inn is centrally located, and we could walk to all the shops and restaurants in the town center, as well as the train station. Our room was lovely, with a balcony and a fireplace. We made good use of the refrigerator in our room to store all the leftovers from our dinners. We enjoyed the coffee maker and the ample supply of coffee pods and fancy teas.

Unfortunately, the ice maker was broken, so we couldn't fill up the nice ice bucket that was provided.

Personalized welcome latter, ample parking, surprisingly quite street off the mail Street. Large bathroom with shower and a deep bath. An armchair in the room, a Keurig coffee machine with plenty of coffee pods. A Ice bucket, Wine glasses , bottle opener. Fridge, Gas fire if needed . A wardrobe, hooks of the bathroom door. boxes of tissues, a suit case stand. Lovely wraparound Veranda with comfortable seating . In reception there was a microwave, maps, plenty of extra coffee pods, milk, extra towels. A 24/7 phone number if you need anything.

The only thing we can think of is possibly cutlery.
