Wow... it's a really great hotel. We just booked this hotel for an overnight stay and we were very positively surprised. The hotel seems quite new, is modern, has friendly and attentive staff, and the room was spotless clean. What makes the difference to other typical chain hotels is that this hotel is located in a very quiet area with no busy streets nearby. The amenities are top notch: the gym is modern and for a hotel well equipped, the outdoor hot tub was great, and the fireplaces are really beautiful. Guests were even provided a S'mores kit for free. Great little add-on. On top of that, we got the room for a very good fare (though it's just because we stayed during off-season). We liked it that much that we extended stay for another night.

The staff were superb. Super friendly and helpful. Great facilities next to the Cranmore ski resort and off the busy thoroughfare of North Conway but handy to the White Mountains. A very complete breakfast buffet with good coffee! Comfortable, spotlessly clean rooms.

Perfect place for our family! The hotel was so clean and seemed like it was newly renovated. The outdoor hot tub was nice and the kids loved the indoor pool (a little small, but it was a pool so they were happy). They have a patio with fire pits and complimentary s’mores. Free breakfast was nothing special, but definitely a good option. The hotel is at the base of Cranmore which I honestly didn’t know until we got there. Cranmore has fun summer activities and obviously skiing in the winter. Will definitely go back!

The rooms were very quiet. Traveling with small children can be stressful when they get noisy or fussy. We didn’t hear others and assume they didn’t hear us! The staff was very friendly.

The heating element was apparently broken so pool was very cold and hot tub not functioning at the time of our stay. Breakfast food was good but rather disorganized system . Sometimes no plastic ware and sometimes food available didn’t match the demand.

Never, in my almost 50 years of travel, have I ever encountered a friendlier, more helpful staff! Also, the in is right on Cranmore Mountain immediately next to the resort. The facilities seemed brand new and the design of the rooms was excellent. The HVAC system was thermostatically controlled by a wall fixture.

No cocoa available in room nor anywhere else. Perhaps that's different in winter? The room smoke detectors had tiny bright lights that blinked all night. It would have been great if there were a full-service restaurant but I'll admit the burgers and flatbread were very good and the service outstanding.

We have stayed here several times in the past 2 years. This is our go to hotel when we travel for work in Conway. We have never had an issue here, beds are comfortable, rooms are clean and the staff is always friendly.

Breakfast was a little limited for a diabetic, however the hotel did reach out and told me next time we stay to just ask a staff member and they would be able to accommodate us better, so that's what I shall do the next time we are there.

So I go on vacation to get away. I realize people bring there kids. But we could not get into the pool or jacuzzi at all. I thought there was a age restriction on that. Nope dozen kids under 10 in out in out running back and forth. Really hard to relax at all. This was mid day to end of the night. Was able to get in first thing in the morning. Also went to go use the fire pit. There was a waiting in line of people cooking s'more's over the open flames and we could not get anywhere near it.

Breakfast facility was very nice perk the kids loved it. Staff did a great job keeping it stocked

When we checked in kids were hungry went to the bar for a flat bread pizza, the gentleman running the bar said he was closing the kitchen because he was all alone and could not keep up. This was at 6:30 pm. Went to a local pizza place down town because the kids were tired and had the worst pizza we have ever had. I manage a huge company for 28 years and have never understood turning business away. That was a head scratcher

Our stay at the hotel was perfect ! we extended for another night and enjoyed very much our stay there. The hotel is almost brand new and super clean. Atmosphere is great and lobby so cosy. The staff are so welcoming and helpful ! Rooms and beds very comfortable and the breakfast is very good ! I highly recommend the hotel.

The breakfast was a typical standard that someone could find it anywhere. The pork sausage should be removed from the menu because it was really bad. Overall was ok!!! The location is nice near the town so, thumbs up!!!

The beds supposed to be queen size but they looked like more tweens. The swimming pool had so much chlorine that was impossible to stay more than half hour due to smell. I think it should be checked for safety purposes.
