Quiet, easy to find. A great layout around the inn with hot tub swimming pool fire pit and other outdoor seating areas. The innkeepers were attentive to us and other guests and went out of their way to assure that we had an exceptional experience.

Location was great. Secluded, but close to everything. The hosts were wonderful. Though we knew the area from being there before, they had loads of information on what to do, what to see, and where to eat. Breakfast was delicious. Though the weather did not cooperate, they do have a nice outdoor pool and hottub which we did not use.

The weather, but you can't control that. It's been this way all summer.

The staff was so friendly, they have done so many renovations, the details in each room are amazing. The breakfasts are all homemade and well worth the price. The grounds are beautiful and far enough away from downtown you don't hear the traffic. There is a pool, a hot-tub, and lots of outdoor places to sit. Robes and beach towels provided in each room. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to relax. I will definitely revisit someday.

Honestly, there is nothing negative to say about this place. The owners just keep making it better and better.

The breakfast was awesome. There is a nice, big backyard with a fire pit, chairs, a hot tub, and a really nice pool. The grounds are really lovely, the room was nice, the breakfast room had a nice view of the front yard and garden, and there is a den with games and TV + DVDs downstairs (in addition to TV with Roku in the room). The coffee was good too. The owners are very friendly (but not excessively so) and knowledgeable about the area. I would definitely go back.

The rooms are not huge, but the size was perfectly comfortable for us.

It’s in the woods! Which was perfect; very peaceful location close to North Conway and the White Mountains. The property and rooms are absolutely full of charm and Donna and Doug are amazing hosts offering advice on the area and a different, delicious breakfast every morning. We did a fly-drive holiday staying at 5 hotels in all and the time here were the best nights sleep of the trip.

Beautiful place. Very quiet. Conveniently located to anything you would want to do in the area. Delicious breakfast every morning included in price. Hosts were very very friendly, helpful and always available.

Wifi service. You have to have your own account to access channels on the Roku tv. Would have like to been able to have cable and see ABC,CBS or NBC

First time ever staying here and the meals were all fantastic. The staff and owners could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The room we stayed in was incredibly cozy and the fireplace in the room made it even more enjoyable. My wife and I were able to relax entirely thanks to this excellent bed and breakfast.

This is a CLASSIC New England B&B in a lovely, 200-year-old home that sits up on the side of Surprise Mountain. It is beautifully decorated, cozy beyond belief and lovingly tended to by Donna-Marie, Doug and Laurie. Our room was VERY comfortable with a private, down-the-hall bathroom. Our room and bathroom DID have some angled roofline that made for some low ceiling areas that I had to be careful of (I'm 6'3") but that was NO problem. There is an abundance of comfortable common areas, and it was easy to find a good reading chair to curl up with a book. The inn is away from the hustle and bustle of North Conway and once you get out of your vehicle in the ample parking lot, you don't want to get back into it again! Breakfast was served from 8-9am during this time of the year and both mornings were DELICIOUS! Everything about this inn was delightful and we would return to it for another stay in a HEARTBEAT!

My only suggestion would to be to have a fresh pot of coffee out earlier in the morning for us early risers.

Hidden historic gem, super comfortable and tastefully done hotel with cozy rooms. Warm and friendly hosts Donna and Dave will look after you really well. Every inch of the inn and rooms has small details that you will love. Great breakfast and warm hospitable hosts. Could not recommend enough... You will love your stay here! Estate is beautiful, trails all around you and we enjoyed very much our two nights stay here!

breakfast was fantastic, we stayed for 3 breakfast, good variety each morning and the owners and 1 staff member were so friendly and easy to talk to. coffee and juice included and fruit each morning, with the main meal.

I cant say much I didnt like the location was out of town from traffic but close to everything. Maybe the fact that the shared fridge was pretty full from others but we just got a cooler and bought bags of ice,
