Breakfast was terrific! We loved the waffle station and hot options like eggs and sausage daily. Coffee bar was fantastic as it had the flavored cream I like - I don't have coffee without it usually, so I was excited. The option for hot chocolate was also welcome by my kids. My boys loved that they could have yogurt and bananas as this is one of the things they often have at home for breakfast.

Our key cards kept failing. We had to redo them 3 times even though we were keeping them in separate pockets from everything after we learned our phones could de activate them.

The room we got was huge compared to usual. The beds are very comfortable. It was perfect with the kids. The staff is always super nice. There's always coffee or hot water for tea at any time of day and night in the lobby. The breakfast staff is awesome. It was a great stay!

The only thing we didn't appreciate this time around was the view from our room. We were right behind the hotel name/sign so we couldn't see anything. We were there for new years and was kinda hoping we would be able to see fireworks from our hotel window. Even if there were some, we really couldn't see anything. But, I guess that's why our room was so big! 😅

The beds and pillows are ALWAYS super comfortable. The bath towels are very soft and fluffy. I was very pleased to see there were plenty of towels, washcloths and handtowels in the room. The previous place we stayed a few weeks ago had just the bare minimum available in the room. Loved that they added a small bottle of mouthwash to the supplies, shampoo, conditioner and soap. The room was very clean, no crazy lingering scents. Already have another booking set up at this hotel for August. Looking forward to our stay.

I really wish there had been whipped cream and fresh berries available for the make-your-own waffles as I'm not a big fan of syrup on my waffles. Also, I heard others talking about these incredible cookies they had the night before but we knew nothing about them or where/when to get some. These are just small items to nitpick about which should tell people, this is a great place to stay.

Location was good, room was very clean and roomy, and staff was very nice. It is nice that breakfast is included with the room, although, I did not eat there. I love the fact that coffee is available at just about any time of the day.

The heating/cooling system is extremely loud, interfering with my ability to sleep. Also, the pillows were very uncomfortable and flat. Lastly, the fact that the curtains are not blackout curtains (the panels in the middle make it so you cannot achieve total darkness), made it difficult for me to sleep. Overall, my sleep was affected by many factors, and I did not get a good night of rest.

The staff was great, the room was large but we also had a king suite. Very efficient hotel that keeps you happy. Continental breakfast was fantastic. Had no problems with the pets. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

They needed to have the ice machine cleaned. The pool was cool.

Was not fond of the eggs. Smoke detector beeping. I called the front desk, they will write it down. An hour or so later still beeping. Complained at front desk I was told there was no batteries. I told them to go buy some I wasn't staying in the room with it beeping. It was fixed by the time I returned

I loved how clean the whole hotel was but especially our room. I have worked in Hospitality for many years, most of those years as an Executive Housekeeper. I was absolutely impressed from the moment I walked in the door. Breakfast was also great and staff super friendly and attentive even though busy. I also want to say that the lady who checked us in was very helpful dealing with a minor hiccup (third party glitches) it could've very easily have gone a different direction so thank you! You all should be very proud especially in these times we're dealing with.

The breakfast included was very good. Most hotels offer packaged doughnuts and dry cereal as "breakfast". Hampton Inn & Suites offered a wide selection including oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurt, breakfast sausage, eggs, freshly made waffles, bagels, toast, and yes, dry cereal and doughnuts!

I am very particular about my pillows. I wish I had brought my own pillows to sleep on because the ones on the bed were uncomfortable.

My kids enjoyed the the breakfast. Especially the waffles and muffins (my oldest wanted to steal all the cinnamon muffins). We enjoyed the pool. The staff was very nice. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable enough. Was a good stay. 😊

I wish they had bacon for breakfast. And also wish they put the yokes in the omelets. The towels were kiddy size at the pool which wasn't too pleasant, but we managed.

it was easy to get to off the interstate very clean, and the front desk staff was excellent. Since we were there to do some shopping at the outlet mall, it was very close to it also.

I have no complaints at all about the property.
