It was close to everywhere I needed to go. The room was a good size room so that I didn't feel cramped. Everyone working there was very nice and friendly. The breakfast was pretty solid as well. Lots of parking and right close to a traffic light so there was no awkward trying to get in and out of an area.

The refrigerator in the room made a high pitch annoying sound the entire time I was there. I told them about it, and they were going to take care of it after I left. In the meantime, they did offer to move my room, but since the place doesn't have any elevators (another drawback), and they initially wanted to put me on the second floor, I declined. Have two bad knees and didn't want to be going up and down the stairs all the time. No laundry facilities, if you want to do that, so plan accordingly.

The breakfast was great it was clean and comfortable

The bathtub shower was kinda small . My husband is 5.10 and about 190 I'm a little thicker than him and we both had an issue turning and maneuvering around in the shower. It was doable but just a little tight. And I didn't realize there wasn't an elevator I have knee issues and doing stairs alot is an issue for me but that's my fault for not looking for the information to make sure.

This location was honestly the cleanest Quality Inn that I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was amazingly friendly and kind. Our three day stay was comfortable and problem free.

The smoking areas did not have any seating available which is understandable considering it was raining most of the time we were there. This may be different on nicer days but I would not know.

Good hot breakfast, waffles were yummy and liked that there were several juices on tap as well as milk. Pool was great and a good temperature. It felt like a swimming pool, not a bath. Very accommodating for my disabled mother.

Beds were advertised as queens, but they were actually full beds and were a little hard for my liking. There was a flood light shining directly into our window that made it hard to sleep despite the blackout curtains.

The web site said the pool wasn't in service, it actually was. Needs to be updated. Beds are a little too hard, UT otherwise it was a very clean, beautiful hotel. The breakfast was pretty good also. Overall enjoyed our stay. Would go back again

Vast improvement in the attitude of the staff . Starting in 2017 the new management had a very poor respect for their customers. I had been using this facility twice a year since it first opened as a Red Roof Inn but stopped because of that management. I'm glad I gave a try again ! I hope for many more continued visits.

This was convenient and the price was good considering it was a NASCAR race weekend. Staff was friendly.

Housekeeper is only every 3 days. If you want housekeeping or supplies you have to ask.

Very clean and comfortable

No handicapped doors...hard to open main doors when you've got a cane and luggage. And the staff just watched me struggle both checking in and checking out.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing! The waffles were the best I've had anywhere! There was a free library and board games!

I wish there had been an elevator...it wasn't fun to carry the luggage up two flights of stairs

Location was great. Good room for value. Looks like recently renovated.

I personally did not care for the coffee. Breakfast was very busy. Air conditioning was quite loud
