No complaints about this property comfy and the two bedroom suite was great for a large family

Clean , very accommodating. Spacious. Nice staff .Perfect area, beautiful hotel . Complimentary Late checkout with no issue . Streaming services on tv which we needed . We had the one bedroom suite. I searched through about 15 hotels before narrowing down to this one , it worked in our favor . Thank you

The breakfast. We just expected more . Also no pool but we knew that already because we read the reviews, so it’s ok. Please get a pool soon. Other than that the property was great we will come back here when we’re in Jersey again.

Staff is excellent and made the stay great. Kitchen in room was impressive but unfortunately we didn’t need it this time. Lots of towels, which even higher end hotels don’t always provide without a request.

Room could use a bit more updating- IE the screen for the closet, bathroom vanity. But there are other great upgrades.

The hotel was pleasantly decorated and the rooms were cleaned. I called downstairs to inquire about the loud music playing and the front was quick to handle the situation.

The cluster of people around the breakfast area. The long table and the counter where food was display was very close to each other.. You are easily bumping into people as they sat to eat. There Should also be a sign posted that only two waffles can be made per person. Had to wait for 20 minutes because a lady was using BOTH waffles irons for her and her 5-7 people.

The room itself was BIG and roomy. Livingroom setting comfortable enough room around the beds to walk around with bumping another person. There is plenty of drawer space. Fridge nice and big freezer just as spacious

Pillows are wayyyy to soft. I stacked all 3 and my head still sank to the bottom

It is the second time my wife and I stayed here. We like the facility very much. Nice size rooms, clean, well maintained and with mini kitchen facilities. The bed was very comfortable and the desk is great to work on.

The water capacity of the shower is poor. Nice bathroom and shower (super clean) but then the watercapacity is way below par. A few evening the room smelled like marihuana and we complained about it. Unfortunately not much could be done (it game through the vents)

The breakfasts were wonderful. The room appointments were fantastic. It felt like being at home-lots of storage and comfortable beds. The one bad thing was the couch was not very supportive for old backs like ours.

I covered that above-the couch was uncomfortable.

Very dog friendly and just across from Teterboro airport.

Not the hotel’s fault, but the traffic situation around the hotel is a bit tricky. This is especially the case if you want to visit the dinning options on the other side of the freeway.

Room was bright and spacious, lots of room to relax and enjoy our stay, great kitchen facilities, although a kettle would have been preferred. Bathroom was lovely (see below re shower) and rooms were clean. lots of useful furniture to store clothes etc. Felt quite homely. Good location for relatives, shopping, and uber pick-ups.

Only disappointment in the room was the shower - lovely hot water, yet very low water pressure, it was like a trickle, so took ages to wash hair, and not really an enjoyable shower experience - something very important for us both. The breakfast - all options were very processed or unhealthy. With a wheat and gluten intolerance, there was limited options - a pre-cooked omelette! this was a huge disappointment, and resulted in me finding external alternative venues for breakfast which caused some inconvenience.
