Wow, what a massive operation compared to the Mahwah setup.... but it was run very efficiently and smoothly. Free beakfast spread was wonderful, and the workout room was easy to access, spacious, and nice to use even for my young daughter.

While the garage parking is attached and easy to use, every night we got back late and got one of the last couple spots at the top floor, it was always stressful for us if we'd get a parking space, but I hear that you can use a neighboring lot outside if you really have to. That said, I always parked next to an elevator in the garage and it was lightning quick to get to the room from the same elevator bank. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, but that should be expected of all sofa beds.

It was a great location for getting to New York by car or bus, with good access to the freeway. Valet parking was also provided free of charge. The accommodation was spacious, so it was comfortable and nice to use alone.

Breakfast needs to be paid for and the quality needs to be improved a bit. There really wasn't anything to eat. The accommodation was comfortable, but the room next to the highway was too noisy and not soundproofed. Next time you choose this accommodation, just ask for an even numbered room when checking in. The odd numbered rooms are really noisy. You can go to New York by bus. It's $9 for a round trip. The bus stop is in front of the Marriott Hotel. Such traffic information, etc. was not provided by the hotel. There are no brochures. This is what I checked on the internet.

Location was very convenient, right off the highway. After a long day, we especially appreciated the water, coffee and tea as soon as you walk in, and the staff at the front desk were always very nice. The hotel seemed in good condition and was not run down. Beds were very comfortable, and we did not hear any other guests during our entire stay. Breakfast was great and served until 10am(?) so we did not have to rush down and were able to eat in peace!

Valet parking spaces took up a lot of spots so there were not enough spots for self-parking. The bathrooms are a bit small, and there is no door to muffle the sound of the sink where you wash your hands after using the toilet (so you don't disturb others who are sleeping).

The amenities and the complimentary breakfast. Also, the one-bedroom suite.

I went for my daughter’s 13th birthday . I took for teenagers with me and slept on the pull out sofa bed. When I pulled out the sofa bed , the mattress looked very worn down like it was burnt and the mattress cover was dirty. I called down to the Lobby right away and unfortunately the maintenance person was not in to change the mattress but they were able to give me a different mattress cover .

The free hot breakfast was great for my family of five. Waffle station, bacon or sausage, eggs or omelets, cereals, pastries and fresh fruit. There is complimentary dinner offered on Wednesdays from 5-7 but when I arrived at 6:45, everything was put up. We also enjoyed the complimentary valet service.

Housekeeping needs help. I had to repeatedly ask for towels with long wait times. We were a family of five and were only provided enough for three. Asked for toilet paper and waiting almost two hours. There were dirty socks and trash left under the sink and in the recycling bin. I don't think they are doing any quality control checks behind the Housekeeping team becuase the amount of trash left behind, shouldn't have been missed.

Room was clean and spacious and the lighting was nice. Really enjoyed the fact that it was soundproof as there was a dog in the opposite room but we never heard it bark when we were inside the room.

The parking was weird - hardly any place to park in the garage but I got valet parking as I wasn’t driving that night. My partner had to look for parking for a while though.

Well maintained property and great staff at the reception

There's just bread,butter and cheese for vegetarians. They need to serve sliced tomatoes and cucumbers for vegetarians . Pre cooked egg omelettes are not the best thing to serve- a live counter for eggs will be welcome

The close proximity to the bus into the city was perfect. The staff was friendly, helpful and responded promptly when needed. And the kitchenette in the room was just what was needed for our stay.

The temperature of the water in the indoor pool was quite cold and not comfortable for swimming, especially for the kids. They also should put runners on the floor around the pool as the tiles get very slippery when wet.

We stayed here for 3 nights in a 1 King Studio Suite and we had a good experience. Location is great, room is clean and spacious and we also enjoyed the free breakfast. The staff were friendly and great.

The only thing that bothered me is the bathroom is beside the bed. If someone uses the bathroom in the middle of the night and opens the bathroom light, it shines the light on the bed and sometimes wakes the other person. There should be a dimmer or a small light in the bathroom.

The Homewood Suites are tastefully decorated and the space of each suite is functional and cleverly designed to offer what you need in a compact style. The staff were so friendly and helpful The areas where we could have breakfast were nice bright open spaces with a variety of seating It was impeccably clean and the rooms were made up daily by the staff The bus connection into Manhattan was very close and easy to get to and from the Port Authority in an affordable way It felt like a homely base for our group who were there for a family wedding and had a 6 night stay

The only thing I would have liked was a but more vegetable/ salad options at the breakfast menu but it was really manageable for me to have stuff in the suite fridge or even cook something to bring down to eat with the eggs at breakfast .
