The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast plentiful, varied, and delicious. The staff were friendly, and the location excellent for our needs.

It'd be great if a solution could be found for the noisy slamming room doors – we found that other guests aren't very conscious when entering/exciting their room, and the heavy doors make a pretty loud bang when they swing shut. Also, the mini-fridge in our room was pretty noisy, and there's a noticeable amount of road noise, so light sleepers might have difficulty with that.

I liked the breakfast. The staff was very polite, and I liked the security features of property. Outstanding interaction by the desk staff when I was to borrow iPhone cable to charge phone when mine would not work!

Comfort Inn Paramus is a hidden gem in NJ/NY greater metropolitan area with easy access to route 4 and 17. Less than 15 minutes drive to George Washington Bridge with superb access to NYC. Rooms are fantastic, very clean and spacious. Rooms are equipped with Smart TV with many options. The property offers daily room make up and the staffs truly do a wonderful job. Very good breakfast is served at the dining, which is sufficient to keep everyone energized in the morning. Parking is very convenient. The hotel team members are certainly the core strength. Being International Tourists, really enjoyed our 5 nights of stay. Will certainly be back when we are around in NYC area.

Everything was perfect.

It was an excellent selection for breakfast. The bed was comfortable. The only issue I had was the low toilet height. Most toilets are held to the handicap height so it was a bit uncomfortable to use this one.

I didn't like the highway right there but it wasnt because of the noise, it was just because getting around was problematic for those of us not used to a lot of traffic. And of course the hotel can't change that.

Minor point but needs a new shower head, and better grade of coffee pods :) Crazy location off the GSP where you have to take a really sharp right to the entrance. If you miss it, turn right just a few feet further and it will get you into the side entrance. I missed it totally the first try, and then of course you have to go WAY around to try to catch it again. As a first time visitor to the area it was very confusing after driving 9 hours. So just be prepared for the turn ;)

this place was super clean. the sheets were clean and smelled fresh. the towels and other toiletries were well placed. staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. breakfast was decent for complimentary continental and the food was neatly laid out and quickly replenished.

ceilings were a bit too low for my taste.

It was hard to find at night. I think if they a selection of restaurants it would have made it easier to find someplace to eat. Although the room was clean.there was some type of small bugs on the desk. And also a big crack in the wall inside the shower tub.

the location of the hotel make it hard to get to the entrance. No microwave in the rooms

because the room it was clean and comfortable. there are shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, the bed is cozy
