We were very delighted to get a full kitchen with a large refrigerator and trash can which was a lifesaver. The wifi was very fast and easy to connect to. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean, pretty much spotless. Location is great near American Dream, Metlife, and major transit hubs whether you want to drive or take a cheap Uber there. The bed was also surprisingly comfortable.

The room was very clean upon first glance but there were some hair balls scattered around the floor of the bedroom. The television wasn't the best, service would cut out regularly and the channel selection is limited. The location next to the swamp might put off some guests due to the smell but you only smell this outside (and probably worse in the summer humidity). When returning to my car I noticed it was surrounded by litter which consisted of used bags of narcotics and cigarette butts. I don't mind this but I see how it can be undesirable for guests.

Everything was good in the room. Didn't get to try the breakfast it was over way to early for me I'm not a early bird.

Lol not much to complain about the remote to the TV was bad maybe needed new battery but all & all the experience was fine.

I loved everything about it great location especially for the football games and not far to catch a bus or train to get you into NYC. The staff was awesome, rooms were nice and clean just an all-around great experience!! Five stars

Hallway carpets were not vacuumed every day, the trash room was not kept up with.

Room size and facilities.

Location isn’t really suited to using public transport, which I would imagine wouldn’t be a problem for most. You will need your own transport or be reliant on taxis

The room was very spacious and there were vending machines/laundry machines in the same floor

I paid for a queen bed and was provided a full bed. There was also some renovation going on, but that's normal.

I liked that the hotel was centered very close to the Mall and other shopping facilities.

The decor was outdated, the shower was very old and room smelled a bit. Also the breakfast was not what was expected.

we loved that it was big and had a kitchen made being a mom traveling so much cheaper 😀

I’d give this property 10 out of 10 and nothing I didn’t like about this property it was fantastic.
