The beds are AMAZING!!! Better than my fancy Serta at home. The pillows are feathered which are my fav so that was wonderful. The view was amazing. The bathroom was decent. They have many USB ports for charging, which is Convenient.

The air in our room didn’t work. We didn’t check in till 1 am and was there till 9. So we didn’t complain but turned all the way down, it only got to 71. They also want you to pay for parking. Which is absurd after you pay for your room. These two things made it an 8 for me. Especially the parking.

Closed to the American dream mall

Sometimes you have brand new room just renovated and sometimes a room from the 70s'

Location was excellent - very convenient to get to the American Dream mall and in and out of New York City for day trips. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious and clean - rooms were connecting as requested for our family - a plus. Starbucks on site was great convenience, and the restaurant on site had great food for lunch. We would stay again based on location and convenience.

The rooms had old rugs (with stains) and not furnished up to date - photos online portray some modern room accommodations and decor which was not the case. The Starbucks was not always fully stocked (but they did have an apology sign). We paid for the view (but it was a corner view of the city skyline - could have been better but met expectations, just did not exceed expectations). Would not pay for this upgrade next time as the value was not there. The parking was not cheap, but it was convenient.

I liked how clean the establishment was and how helpful the staff were. Late one night, my husband had asked the front desk if there were a vending machine anywhere that he could get a soda and the woman at the front desk offered us both a soda from right there. It's good to know that in a pinch they can do that for you.

I didn't like that the closest place to get coffee was a Starbucks. It's too expensive and the coffee isn't all that great.

I will NEVER use booking.com again. I had 2 nights booked in NJ and my flight was canceled in charlotte. So the next day when I arrived at the hotel, they told me since I used booking.com, booking canceled my reservation because I was unable to stay the first night. Luckily they had a few vacant rooms that they got me in for my 1 night. Hotel staff was AMAZING, booking.com wasn't.

They gave me an upgraded room, which was much bigger than the last one--loved it! The staff are hospitable and welcoming. The lobby and rooms are very comfortable for remote work, and the food at the restaurant is very good. It's also nice to have a Starbucks on site, but they're only open until noon, so get there early.

There's always some idiots partying/being really noisy in the room next to me at this hotel. This is the second time I've stayed here, and both times... Noisy, inconsiderate neighbors.

Bed and pillows were amazing. very relaxing. I wish I could stay more. Healthy breakfast. Friendly staff. I liked the gym. It was small but fulfil my expectations.

If you are travelling to NYC then it's tricky. Uber drivers gave me really hard time. I booked cabs for NY from hotel but drivers declined few times. Even they they were in front of the hotel but they refused to go to NYC.

Quick overnight stay before early flight from seattle airport. Checking in and out was quick. The room was big enough for two adults and two big teenagers. Good value, clean and quiet enough for us. Expect some noise as many people are only there because of its proximity to the airport and will be up early. Lots of shopping and eating options nearby.

No complaints

The location is great, the beech is clean and the water is amazing! 2 pools are good option as the invisibility pool is small and was always full.

evening entertainment and some staff members were not friendly. A deep part of the ocean starts pretty close to shore, which was great for me personally, but if you're not comfortable swimming this is something to consider.

The property was very beautiful and the rooms were also beautiful as well there’s a Starbucks and a bar and vending machines and a gym my room was very nice and the bed was so comfortable and the water pressure from the shower was fantastic there is not enough good things to say about the property and room and it was also close to the met life stadium and the American dream mall perfect location. My stay was fantastic I wish I could have stayed there more days but I was only there for 1 day to go see an event at MetLife stadium but I will definitely be going back there again
