The rooms and hotel was clean with polite friendly staff. They were accommodating with us possibly being a late check in, but when that changed they had no problem checking us in early. Although the room was a little warm when we arrived I loved that they turn the heat/air and refrigerator back to conserve energy when no one was there! The bathroom was clean and the beds were comfortable. It is in a great location to get to American Dream, Secaucus Expo Center and NYC. The staff told us they have a shuttle that ran to the expo center, but we didn't use it but a convenient feature! There is restaurant in the hotel. There was plenty of parking even with an event in the hotel Friday evening. We are talking about staying here again soon. Compared to other hotels in the area with the convenience to get everywhere we wanted to go it was a good value when we were looking to book.

If you are planning to spend any time in your room be aware the TV is tiny. My son was involved in a competition at the expo center and with COVID, I was not allowed to spectate. I was in the room most of the day and I know most people staying there aren't. It was a little disappointing. Also the desk lamp didn't work. We couldn't use our breakfast vouchers do to my son's schedule. Usually complimentary breakfast start before 8 and we can at least grab items to go like pop tarts, granola bars or prepackaged bagels. It is by busy highways and there is road noise if that bothers you, but for the price and convenience it wasn't a big deal to us!

I wasn't expecting much when looking at the exterior of the hotel.Parking is free near American Dream Mall and close to NYC. But as a fastidious nit picker when it comes to hotels I was pleasantly surprised. Ok, the hotel's interior is dated but its clean and it's efgicient. No standing long lines for a crowded elevator. Front desk was courteous and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean, the linens were comfortable and fresh. The hot breakfast was great! No prepackaged COVID hotel restricted muffins like in more costly hotels. The price was very affordable. Overall GREAT value and experience.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff :) Really appreciate the young man who told us how to take the bus and the young lady who turn on the computer for me. They help make our stay a nice experience. Nice size room, clean and comfortable bed. Wifi, coffee maker, shower all work well. House staff responded quickly to lighting issue. We did not have much problem with the noise as some people did. Perhaps we were up on higher floor. The neighbourhood feels safe which is important as taking the bus is a 10 min walk.

Location is a bit farther than Union City for getting into NYC. New Jersey transit bus is 10 min walk away and runs at about 15 - 20 min intervals. Good thing that the bus stop is at a commercial area which is clean and safe. Breakfast is not bad but on a busy weekend, the restaurant staff seem overwhelmed. Here is a suggestion (not a criticism): Questions about transport must be very common. Why not have a ready poster and/or print the info on a small (card size) sheet of paper for guests? That would save the staff answering the same questions all day and avoid the line up at the front desk.

The checkout is 12:00pm ….so why the housekeepers keeping asking you what time you are leaving?2 times?

It was really close by to the met life stadium, and they provide a shuttle for us to the met life stadium and the American dream mall. They also replaced our broken fridge and provided us a lovely stay. The staff were the best honestly, they put us on a high floor so we didn’t hear the highway at all! Honestly the best hotel I’ve stayed it, will definitely be coming back!

Nothing, this hotel is the best!

The beds were so comfortable and the hotel was very clean. Everyone was friendly and the shuttle to and from metlife was a lifesaver.

The front desk was slowwwwww and only one person was working so everything took a while. The restaurant was not open. Also, while the shuttle to/ from metlife was great, the instructions were very confusing about where to get picked up after so there were tons of people waiting and fighting for the few seats each time the vans came around. It took 2 hours to finally get back to the hotel.

The property was great. It was clean and comfortable. Room service was excellent. Breakfast was delicious.

I stayed here to go to a concert at Met Life Stadium. A shuttle to the mall was offered. I called early for a return ride back, but the staff kept telling me the wrong location to wait at for the return ride and it took me numerous calls and several changes of locations, as well as an hour and a half of wait time to finally get to the actual location of the shuttle.

Awesome view on the 9th floor, loved it. We had 2 queen size beds that were very roomy and comfortable. Found the location to be perfect for going to the NY Giants game on Sunday. Used the hotel shuttle service to the mail, which was great. The drivers were courteous and helpful with getting out of the van. Would definitely recommend this hotel as well as stay again in the future.

We enjoyed the free breakfast but feel it could use some changes. The free breakfast had the same choices both mornings. Maybe bacon with the sausage, french toast or waffles with pancakes. Maybe offer more cold cereal choices and or a hot cereal choice. Could use bowls to put the fruit in so it's not sitting on your plate in syrup. Overall, we were satisfied with breakfast but feel it could use some help. This will not deter me from staying in the future.

The staff sent other people checking in up to our room even though we had already checked into that room. This caused our hotel key to deactivate and we had to stand in line for over an hour to get it fixed because we needed to get back in the room before leaving for MetLife and checkin was at 3 which was when we were trying to leave.

Everything was ok, however I had messaged the hotel prior asking about early check in and never got a response. I arrived a tad earlier, around 2:20 pm and they still made me wait until 3 pm to check in. I do understand check in is at 3 pm, but would have been nice if the staff would take in consideration the fact that we came in earlier for the concert and from another state.
