The property is very nice. Clean and updated. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was beautiful and I loved the 2nd floor outdoor space. Security was top notch INSIDE of the property and as a woman traveling alone this is very important to me.

The breakfast was abysmal. Even when I got there early it was cold and picked over. The coffee was watery and tasted old. For some reason housekeeping put the dust ruffle which goes UNDER the mattress on TOP of the bed as though it was a comforter. When I asked to have it removed, they just made the bed up with it still on top. All of the lamps didn't work in the room which made it dark. The drain in the sink was clogged with hair, I had to pull out a big clump while attempting to wash my face. Housekeeping left multiple cleaning cloths behind in the room. The area is extremely sketchy which of course is not in the control of the property, however, I will more than likely not choose the property in the future because of that.

The location is very convenient to the downtown area. The room was spacious and clean. The kitchen contained a full size refrigerator and a dishwasher which although was unused since we stayed only overnight, was still impressive. Asked for a mountain view and got one! The lobby and dining area/bar has very nice decor and plenty of seating.

It seems petty to mention the pillows were too small and too soft for a King size bed. The shower stall was also too narrow, we were literally bumping elbows on the glass door unless showering sideways. There was no wastebasket inside the toilet/shower room of the bathroom, only one under the bathroom sink on the other side of the door. And the bathroom door showed damage from having been forced open. As if someone had been locked out of the toilet room and the door had to be jimmied. The lighting in the sink area of the bath was terrible, either white fluorescent or some kind of orange glow both made makeup application a nightmare. And the remote that was to control the fan/light above the bed, didn't.

The rooms were nice the facility was clean The price for the room was fair and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I did not like being surprised with an $8 parking fee. If it wasn't for the parking fee I would give this a perfect rating. But I was not aware that I would have to pay to park.

The rooms are huge! Basically you get your own full size apartment. Great space Great location in the middle of town.

It's downtown, so be careful of strangers. Parking gets busy late on, so get a space near-early or don't worry. There is still plenty of space but slightly further away in other car parks across street. Breakfast is under par for a Hilton.

I was quite disappointed that for breakfast we had plastic cuttlery and plastic plates and bowls, it is an amazing waste for such a hotel and I don't understand why a hotel like yours would make that choice.

Clean, comfortable, quiet. The staff was friendly. Parking was easy. It had a great location. It was free to use their meeting room (called the lodge). The breakfast was nice and not too crowded! I loved all their throw pillows!

There was no pool. We were looking forward to a swim to relax. It's New Mexico... it's hot... how can you NOT have a pool?

The rooms were large and clean. We loved that the room had a ceiling fan above the bed, and the a/c unit in the room worked amazingly. The facility felt very safe. Breakfast was delicious and had many options and plenty of places for people to sit. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Enjoyed the large modern room and hotel spaces, also the wonderful 2nd level breakfast choices and comfortable eating area with fireplace. The outdoor 2nd story patio with fire pits and open social sitting and very nice. We like the card only access to the hotel/parking to keep unwanted people out of the property.

The hotel was clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. I loved the fully stocked kitchenette!

The location is busy and dirty, .but that has nothing to do with the hotel. The hotel is quite "locked down." You need a key card to enter, for elevators and parking.

I arrived to Albuquerque via Amtrak and the hotel was a short walk distance. Homewood Suites exceeded my expectations. The suite was very clean and elegant, it felt like I was in a luxury apartment. If I go back to the ABQ, I'll definitely stay here again!
