Front desk staff I dealt with were all really nice. I was glad to be on a bottom floor and able to park relatively close to unload. There was hot water and the AC worked (which doesn't always seem to be the case when staying at hotels these days!) TV was simple to use. I liked having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. They are definitely doing work to upgrade the property Not too bad of a drive to Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountain National Park

All the cigarette butts all over the handicap spot right outside my door and people smoking right there. Maybe set up a smoking area at the back of the property with a bench and cigarette butt trash container so it takes them away from doorways. The parking was very crowded and a little tricky to drive through when full.

The cleanliness of the room. The linens were super clean. The bed was very very comfortable. Hot water was a plus. Very updated and the location felt very safe. I traveled alone so I felt very safe. There was a working swimming pool but I did not use this time. The clerk was super friendly and very knowledgeable. The AC was super cold and enough lighting in the room as well as outlets for your charging needs.

There’s not anything I wouldn’t change.

The welcome committee was excellent . The desk attendant was very respectful and personable. The motel overall was decent.

I stayed in a double queen room. One of the beds linens had not been washed. I could smell it. I slept in the other bed. The overhead vent in the shower was open , it was full of dust. I closed it myself. You can pay me later. Cleanliness is a must for any place. Otherwise I was pleased.

Location was reasonably priced, one of the nearest to Carlsbad Caverns National Park (purpose of the visit). Staff were very professional, polite, congenial and knowledgeable re: locality & destination. Room was very clean & comfortable.

No restaurant facilities of any type within easy walking distance of the motel, unless you'd actually consider eating Domino's Pizza.

Pet friendly. Shower had handicap bar.

There are laws which say in businesses, smokers must stay 30 feet from the front doors. I resent having to walk by rooms where the people are smoking right outside their rooms. It is offensive and unhealthy.

Great location to visit the gorgeous Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe NP. Liked having the car right in front. Slept well those two nights. It was nice to have a little table with two chairs and a rather large mini fridge. All good for spending the night and be out exploring during the day! Staff was friendly.

The staff was extremelly kind and fun! In the morning we asked for a hairdryer and no problems, they passed me one. It's a clean and simple Motel 6 room. Perfect if you want to go to the Cavern the next day. Bed was comfy and water in shoower was hot.

Well, it's not the fault of the hotel - but trucks/SUV started to move at 4.30am in the street and it was noisy! It's a warm area so I guess people work very early.

The only thing I didn't like is the shower pressure the water doesn't come out. Or it's really little, can't take a good shower when your disabled. Otherwise everything else is great.

There was an ice machine, vending machine and free coffee at the lobby in the morning. There was a working swimming pool. There were two entrances to the parking lot. The room had a microwave and a fridge. There was even an electric car charger option available as well!

The walls were a bit thin. The room is smaller than other motel 6.

It was near what we came into the area to see and easy to find. There was a pizza place across the street. It was a little confusing coming in at night at there was a gated lot next door I originally pulled into.

There was a step going upstairs that was different size than the others and almost caused me to fall down the stairs.
