Good location, welcoming and helpful staff, non-smoking property, spacious room with nice amenities, very clean, comfortable bed, shower had good water pressure, decent on-premise restaurant with a great salad bar. This is an older property but the rooms have been nicely updated. It’s also nice that this property allows small pets for a reasonable fee.

The motel is located on the main road through town. We requested a room toward the back of the property and didn’t hear any road noise. The A/C unit works well, but it is noisy.

The place was OK. Staff tried the best.

The first rooms remote control didn't work so they moved us to a second one. The staff came in twice to say they didn't think that plumbing work properly, but upon their inspection it did, but by the next morning we could smell the sewer coming up. It was pretty gross. Informed the management we received no compensation or anything. It was probably a health violation amongst other things.

The location was perfect, was visiting Carlsbad Caverns the next morning and this was the closest place. My SO is handicapped and the over-sized walk-in shower with bench made it easy for him to bathe. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and quiet, despite being on the 1st floor. The complimentary breakfast was a full meal, and was delicious! The staff was very cordial and accomodating!

Comfortable, quiet room had everything we needed. Clean, and the TV, fridge, and microwave worked. We ate at the on-site restaurant - a little pricey for the salad bar, but it was good and the staff was friendly. We ate the complementary breakfast - food was pretty good - several options.

Same choices for breakfast the next day. Pool was not open (March). Fitness center was hard to find. Landscaping was minimal.

Good spacious and clean rooms with refrigerator and microwave and dual sinks. Due to restaurant onsite, the chef was able to provide potatoes for hot breakfast to accommodate vegans. Standard cereals, bread and juice options.

No peanut butter or bagel for breakfast. Coffee wasn't very good. Two out of 3 mornings we didn't finish the coffee.

I like that you can park right outside your room. The room was clean and the small refrigerator had a small compartment for freezer space, which actually did freeze. It was quiet as there was no floor above us.

The closest ice machine to our room did not work. We didn't like the breakfast options. My kids basically did not eat and only had a little bit of cereal. The juice was watered down and didn't taste good.

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Free breakfast was good.

Shower fixtures were old and not working properly. The rest of the shower seemed clean and well maintained. I have a feeling they put the old shower head back on after renovating the shower which is just unacceptable. New shower heads are like $10 at home depot and take 3 minutes to change, and make a massive difference in your experience staying at a hotel.

The staff was amazing. I had made a mistake in booking our reservation online and they told me how to correct it so I wouldn't be double charged. Very patient, friendly but professional and were happy to help with anything. The complimentary breakfast was good with many selections. The on-site restaurant had good food. The rooms were large and very clean. Beds were very comfy. They also accepted pets. I would definitely stay here again.

The shower was interesting how it was set up. Think it needs a shower curtain or a door. Breakfast was horrible... Definitely needs improvement. The server was not attentive at all. Had to ask for everything. Nothing really available to eat except eggs and sausage. Pancakes were hard as rocks and biscuits were hard too. No juice available

Nicely decorated in a remodeled but retro vibe. Loved the double sink in our bathroom and beds were comfy. Breakfast was a nice hot buffet.

Had some trouble with the tv because the remote battery needed to be replaced. Got new batteries from the reception desk. The air conditioning was troublesome so the room was hot for two of the three of us in our room.
