Have stayed at this property on several occasions, and it is consistently very good. The staff is friendly, the location is excellent, fairly good value for the price.

I hesitate to give the “10” rating because of small details regarding the room (toilet seat needs tightening, curtains don’t close completely, message light on room phone won’t stop blinking). I know I’m being picky, but this is what it takes to remain on top!

The grounds were spacious and rooms were spread out, with trees and grass all around. The pool area was FANTASTIC! Great size with plenty of room for many families, and wonderful shade thanks to palm trees. The room itself was larger than most and we appreciated the fridge and microwave. The breakfast was also delicious.

There were a couple of maintenance items, but the staff promised to address those quickly. (We didn't mention them till checking out, because they weren't too much of a bother.)

The breakfast was very good. Nice selection. The room was big and had great lighting.

The property could use a spruce up. Couldn’t open the sliding door in our room. The shower was an event - very exciting to try to wash in the crazy pressure and the water over my head lol. The shower head couldn’t be adjusted. Worker men washed muddy clothes so the washer couldn’t be used again. I reported it but no one came to clean it for the hour and a half we were in the laundry room waiting for other machines. The restaurant and lounge was closed the day we were there, which was unfortunate!

It was close to Carlsbad Caverns and felt very safe. staff were very friendly and accommodating. There is a good restaurant on site. Rate including a bagged breakfast with water, muffin, and granola bar. Our travel plans were delayed, so they changed our booking to the next night with no extra charge. Pet deposit was very reasonable at $25. Our toilet overflowed, but staff was very accommodating and immediately moved us to a different room.

Great hotel, beautifully kept grounds, pool was a nice size and clean. The room was spacious and very clean. All staff were super nice and friendly. Breakfast was great! The restaurant was responsibly priced, and the food was great!

Nothing! Great place to stay! Would definitely come back!

Location and breakfast were both good.

Check in took more than 30 minutes. We were in line behind 7 people. There was only one employee at check-in though there were 3 stations and two other employees wandered back and forth behind the counter into the back room. They apparently could not even answer the phone because the one check-in employee had to answer external phone calls. Another oddity was the tiny pillows in the room. Never seen such a thing.

Some of the rooms do not have wifi and they put me in one of those rooms and I needed to do some work. They wanted me to work with tech support and new that would not be the answer so they worked with me finding another room. They didn't help me move after I was all unpacked in the wrong room but it was ok and I was able to work as well as enjoy the town and sites around it.

The room was nice, very comfortable and clean. A big storm came through and knocked out the power and it would be out a couple hours. They gave us another room to stay in until power was restored. Very friendly staff.

We booked this property because it had a restaurant and bar. The picture showed a pool table, so we could have something to do at night. All of it was closed for the July 4th holiday☹️ This was not mentioned when booking.

The staff was very friendly and attentive, the pool area was very clean, breakfast was fresh and good. I had a cold at the time and they were lovely enough to make me hot tea with lemon and honey and gave us a late check out. The price was great, rooms were clean and the air conditioner kept up with the New Mexico heat. Would definitely recommend.

Convenient to Carlsbad Caverns

The ice machines are outside accessible by anyone that knows they’re there. Ice machine was empty so we weren’t able to get ice. We didn’t ask the staff. Bathrooms very tight spaced. Bathroom door would stick and hard to pull open from the inside.
