it was very clean. I felt safe. The staff was polite. The hot breakfast had a little variety, but had good choices. I enjoyed it. My daughter was unable to find anything she liked, but she’s super picky. 
The pool was a little bit rundown, and had a strong chlorine smell. The beds were very uncomfortable, and I did not sleep well.  the pillows were too big.  there were no by the pool. there were a couple of dead roaches on the concrete by the pool. Better dead than alive, though!

Comfortable, clean, convenient.
Video check in process was awkward. I had planned to arrive at 1 pm which I got an email saying that may not be possible, but they would try. But I actually arrived around 5:30 pm and was told that they had to check to see if my room was ready yet. That was disappointing because it was past the 3 pm check in time.

Doors to access the building are locked and require a room key to unlock. It is conveniently located on the outside of the city, making it easy to find, yet is still close to downtown Gallup.
It is located quite close to train tracks, however, we did not hear a single train during the night, so it really isn't an issue.

Was clean. had patio door for easy access to vehicle, and parking lot, close to all places we were going to. Jacuzzi, and pool, both indoors.
Needed some small details / repairs, but only aesthetic. It is starting to show its age. Will be an option to stay again.

Rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. We enjoyed both the pool and hot tub. We stayed an extra day because it was so nice.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was prepackaged. Pool and spa were working and a needed amenity to soak my sore body. Pets were welcome and pet fee is reasonable.
Older carpet and curtains need updated, they can't properly be disinfected or cleaned.

We had a patio slider door to be able to let our dog out instead of having to walk thru the hotel. Really like that. Also there were good TV channels; ESPN, Animal Planet, BBC..etc.
The toilet seemed to not be completely bolted down. A little rocky ride there.
