The location was good and so was the breakfast.

When we checked in the lady was not as friendly as I would expect. However the gentleman was super friendly when we checked out.

Location, quality of service. Breakfast was great.. I'm sure you know you need TWO waffle makers!! So good. After being gone all day, I was asked about how my day went, did I shop or sightsee? I appreciate that personal touch.

The shower curtain was clingy. The shower was lovely because I found a good temp and it stayed at that setting, unlike the sink. I wish there was a printout of the tv guide.

Location and pool. Staff were friendly.

Room cleaning and cleaning of pool area. More variety at breakfast.

The location is perfect, we have stayed here several times. Walking distance to all the midtown activities like shops, eateries and a few local brewery's.

The hotel is ageing. It's not new anymore. But considering the age of the hotel, it is well kept..

The facilites are fine, the hotel is modest but clean and good. It is small but enough for what you are paying for.

That the housekeeping service was not daily and was not full and the housekeeping person was not always available but when she was she was in a bad mood.

Location was perfect close to everything, staff very friendly, clean rooms and good breakfast.

There was a humming noise in our room intermittently, not sure if a/c but enough to interrupt sleep. Iron would turn off while using .

It was very clean and that's important to me. There were plenty of towels and washcloths. I was able to get additional coffee packets. The staff was very friendly. Parking was great. Location is great.

The only thing I didn't care for was the remodeling that was going on on our floor. I feel like they should close the floor while they're doing that. But then if they had closed the floor, no doubt we wouldn't have been able to get a room there. It's a great place to stay.

We loved the hot breakfast and it's choices. All of the shops were within walking distance which we enjoy. Best of all, it was very quiet and the beds were super comfy. We will definitely plan another trip.

We had no complaints.

It really was no big deal but I stated in my reservation that we requested handicapped parking and wanted our 2 rooms on the first floor, close together. Both rooms were handicap rooms and one was on the first floor and one was on the second level. The second level room was right above the room on the first floor so I guess that was as close as they could get is due to both rooms we requested a king size bed and they didn't have another "handicap room with a king size bed on the first floor.....just a little miss understanding that wasn't clarified upon check in and room assignment

All the stuff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. They went beyond just doing their job and befriended us as guests.

They had dirty paint pans, rollers and buckets of paint in the pool room. Which having a small child with me, was concerning cuz it was easily accessible to anybody. Also the bathrooms in the pool room need to have rugs or something because they are way too slippery to walk on with wet feet. My son and I both slipped and fell. Thankfully not to any serious injury but it could have been.
