We loved all the amenities that the hotel offered. Room service was very good and it was easy to order (online ordering instead of over the phone). The restaurants on property looked very nice and had a variety of cuisines. The room was clean and comfortable with a gorgeous view of the mountains; the balcony was a nice bonus. However, my favorite feature was the walking path on the east side of the property. It was the perfect way to stretch our legs and get some fresh air after a long day of traveling.

We had some disappointed kids when we found out that the pools closed at 8pm on a Friday night. Also, our room was at the far end of the property and it was a little bit of a struggle to get suitcases, shoulder bags, kids and a dog to the very end of the property. (Perhaps they offered assistance with bags and I just didn’t hear it during check-in).

The setting was beautiful and the staff was very friendly.

Getting no room service at that price point for the room and resort fee is just simply poor form. Not warning about it in advance is also poor form. The resort fee is way out of line/ outrageous. The food was overpriced and very average.

The people working at the resort are friendly and accommodating. We had forgotten a couple of needed accessories and they went out of their way to respond to our requests. While dealing with the pandemic, everyone worked hard to make our stay enjoyable.

We liked the updated Decour of the common areas and room. Staff was very friendly.

Most of the country is out of Covid shut down and the Tamaya seems to be lagging. The services to the room such as housekeeping are practically nonexistent. You have to ask specially for everything you get beyond initial room setup. Hopefully this will improve in days ahead.

I loved everything about it. Probably the most peaceful place I've ever stayed. The people were really friendly. Always willing to help with anything. Lots of trails to walk, pools were nice, 24 HR. room service. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs a retreat but still close enough to stores if needed.

Very nice Pool! Love the variety for the kids. They were able to walk around. Rooms were very nice and the balcony near the poor was even better.

The staff that provide the towels were not very nice to my kids. We had to go and get them towels for the pool. A nice boy jumped in to help but the you g lady working pool towels was not very nice.

We enjoyed the hotel and it's beautiful surroundings. The pools were great and the food and drinks were delicious. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay very much!

Very comfy room and bed , place is amazing , with firepit and fireplace , trail accessible from the hotel , view is amazing .

During off season , some of the service are closed , but the price doesn’t really drop , so a bit expensive ...

I have stayed here twice and particularly love that there is a beautiful adults-only quiet pool, the trails around the Rio Grande and the options to borrow a bike to explore for free! However, the reason I will keep coming back is the wonderful, incredibly helpful and kind staff - Michael, Marissa, Daniel and all the other folks, thank you!!
