Location, Comfort, Elderly Gentleman that Works the Front Desk is so Pleasant.

The Young Lady That Worked the Weekend Day shift, got thing's all mixed up with my card they tried to Over Charge me. It was a confusion she wasn't professional at all. I was disappointed. Also upon arrival I had to call back downstairs to the front desk because my room had a Stinking Smell in it. The Carpet was Dirty. I wasn't impressed.

The staff who overcharged us $162 and when we told him that Booking.com only charge $127 then he said to call Booking.com to clarify even though I showed him the amount in app. he is sarcastic, not willing to help about the issue. I read a lot of reviews here and they do really overcharged and it’s not about the third party app and if you don’t complain then they will continue to do this. We called Booking.com then they called them then they will charge right amount but I’m still waiting to see my bill if they change it because I got pre-charge $162 and still pending on my card. Hope this staff will try to be nice.

plenty of room for my family to spread out. breakfast was plentiful, even right up to closing time! an actually comfortable pull out for my son. (usually they are just springs sticking in his back)

shower pressure was low, and was super hard to get temp right. (it went from scalding to freezing) there was already a sheet on the pullout couch, so it was left on but I just called for another one.

The pool, the exercise room, the continental breakfast, the kitchen area of the room itself, and the cleansing us of it was great

there was nothing I didn’t like about the property. It was nice and clean and accessible to a lot of restaurants and shopping.

My room had a partial kitchen...full size refrigerator, sink, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, real dishes and coffee cups, and flatware. This was a huge plus for me. It also had a couch. They served a great help yourself breakfast with more choices than I expected, very comfortable bed, and overall it was a very pleasant place to stay.

Small shower stall considering the stream of water took up all the space (women need a bit more room). Not necessarily a deal breaker on its own. However, that in combination with the fact that the water pressure was terrible., made for a slow and a little bit frustrating showering process. Took forever to wet and rinse my hair, which made my getting ready time much longer. Maybe it was just the shower head in my particular room? Would give it the benefit of the doubt and not let it deter me from giving it another try. But if this is the norm in all the rooms, it is enough to make me not want to stay there. Which is a shame because everything else about this hotel is wonderful.

we stayed at the hotel in Middletown, so selected this one for an Albany trip. beds and pillows were great, but sleep sofa was a bit hard, not comfortable. the cleanliness was not bad, but not as good as the other one we stayed at previously. appreciated the fitness center , and the pool was warm and open until 11 pm. very quiet.

King Studio is very spacious, bathroom was spacious and the stand up shower was great! even the couch with the pullout bed was definitely a plus!! and the pet policy is awesome! didn’t get to use the pool or gym but both looks great!

Nothing about the inside, but parking lot could’ve had a better plow job, and the pet area didn’t have the mound of snow blocking it.

Breakfast wasn't all that exciting. The muffins were good.

Other guests were super noisy. Kids running down the hallways with loud voices. Sounded like they were playing tackle football in the room above us.

The location was wonderful and the room was clean and comfortable. The little kitchen area was a great touch! The breakfast in the morning I would rate as fair but the staff was overwhelmingly nice and helpful!

This hotel is very clean and you won’t be disappointed. Staff was very polite and helpful.

The breakfast can be better. No meat at all. We stayed during the week so that probably was the case of a non full breakfast bar but I could be wrong.
